I absolutely love coffee from Jamaica and with the pure Jamaican coffee being out of my budget, this blend seems to be closets to the flavor that I am looking for. I have tried other blends, but none have compared to this brand. I will diffidently purchase more in the near future

Arrived plastic sealed not just in a regular box. Shipped in good condition. I haven’t tried the individual cups yet but fingers crossed it tasted just like the ground coffee in the bag I usually buy.

K-cups malfunctions. Out of this order, so far 5 cups have malfunction. Coffee doesn't drain properly into the coffee cup, instead it overflows and you have a mess to clean up on the counter. On all occasions there was a lot of coffee grounds in the bottom of the coffee cup. Coffee had good flavor, I'm just tired of going through all the hassles of trying to drink it. I don't know what is wrong with the K-cups, why they won't drain properly, but I'm not going to buy from this company again. I have K-cups from other companies and never had a problem. I have coffee from other companies right now and I'm not having problems with them, so it's not my coffee maker.

Every time I tried to brew one my Keurig became clogged. 2 or 3 times they actually brewed half a cup which was full of grounds. I ended up throwing the rest away, it wasn't worth having to stop and unclog my Keurig. I love Kona and Kona blend coffee maybe there was just something wrong in their manufacture.
