I used the QuietWalk Laminate and Floating Wood Flooring Underlayment with Attached Vapor Barrier under my hardwood flooring, which was installed over a plywood tongue-and-groove subfloor. The only way to go. Great quality and makes a HUGE Difference regarding the floor and how it responds. Pricey but well worth it and far better than the HD brand

Recently had a new laminate floor put in our first floor. We first laid down this Quite Walk Underlayment and then the floor. It worked great. It so easy to use and cut, very effective, great quality. My only problem I did not do the math correctly and had to order more, but it came quickly so no problem. I recommend this product to everyone.

Used for hardwood flooring and good to prevent noises, no smell. Easily torn when hit by wood planks. Could see in the pics why it was lower price. Print was flipped left and right and little torn.

I just installed this padding under Pergo Timbercraft Laminate flooring. It seems to be quiet. Only time will tell how it will hold up. You need very sharp scissors to cut it with. A utility knife doesn't work.

This underlayment was the best idea I learned from youtube. I did a new floor and used this underlayment to reduce the squeaky floor. It is a true sound barrier.... Definitely would recommend
