So sturdy for mixing, whipping, beating eggs, even using in skillet for frying / cooking as fork. Many uses Gripped handle to keep from slipping. Perfect length.

This is a very versatile tool. I use it everyday. I have a lot of non-stick pots and pans and this is a perfect tool for the pans. Won’t scratch. Can be used for stirring and whisking. Feels really nice in my hand. I actually have three.
