Ummm... You tell me
They look black? Maybe it's the lighting in my bedroom (I have a ceiling fan with Five light bulbs 🤔), plus a nightstand lamp. If I look at some of them, I can Almost see a green tint. I haven't taken them into a sunshinny spot, maybe I should. HmmmHopefully they won't hurt me in the long run. So far my bloodwork has been fine. Well... maybe a little lower (its at the very low end of the range) than I'd like, but it's in the normal range, so my doctor is ok with it. If it drops any lower, I'll have to stop taking them. I'll update if that happens. The photo was taken in the kitchen that has two Florescent lights. Thank you.
