You shouldn't change the earring until it heals and should receive care to keep it from getting infected 2 to 3 times a day with a pierced ear solution made for just that kind of care fir about 6 weeks. When the piercing is healed then you can wear any earring you want.

Worked perfectly

I bought this set to re-pierce my 3rd hole in my earlobe. Using it was quick, easy, and essentially painless. There was a little swelling for the first couple of days, but I was able to switch out the provided stud for a hoop after 3 days. The best part is that I can keep the other one in case I need it for the future. Would definitely recommend these for any lobe piercing.

Easy and painless!

Wow! This was so easy and painless. I’m over 50 and one of my main ear piercings had closed up, so I needed a quick repair. This was inexpensive and so fast.

This kit worked well for me!

I had one ear that had completely closed and the other ear was closed in the back. I took one earring out of piercing gun and I was able to push it through. For my other ear, I asked my husband to mark my ear and had him use the gun . It was fast and easy. I have kept the earrings in for about 2 weeks. Much to my surprise, I have had no problems. I have made sure to turn the earrings a few times a day, and I have used a small amount of antibiotic ointment. I would recommend this if you have a similar issue!
