Brain Awake Cognitive Support Formula for Dogs & Cats, 1 fl oz

My sweet boy was really not himself. He had a back injury a while back. Between the Gabapentin and the Trazodone his personality was changing. A few weeks ago he started pacing at night and seemed afraid at night. After reading up on those drugs I wanted to try and herbal option. I read in a few forums that Brain Awake had worked well. I am so glad I tried it. After a few days off the traditional medicine and just a few doses of Brain Awake my dog came back. He is so much happier and is playing with my other dogs again. He’s even walking more on our twice daily walks. He had been primarily riding in the stroller. Thank you for such an amazing product! I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have found it. The results far outweigh the cost. I’ve just ordered 3 more bottles. 🙏🐾💕

Got this for my 15 year old dog. This did not help. It did cause some tummy upset. And he also started having seizures. Be careful with what you give your fur babies. This is not eligible for a refund. I had to put my fur baby down.

My 10 yr old frenchie was diagnosed with CDD. He was on the brink of death, stopped eating stopped drinking and went from 26 pounds to 11 pounds. Read reviews and purchased and he’s getting healthier by the day. More alert, wants to eat, drink, play. I can’t even express in words. I thought well, it can’t hurt. It definitely didn’t and am sooo glad I bought this. I combined with vet prescribed entyce and it’s like having my old dog back. I almost want to cry writing this review.

I purchased this as my dog was diagnosed in Feb. 2022 with Cushing's Disease. In Dec. 2022, she developed some cognitive dysfunction. She is a 10-year old 13# Boston Terrier. The Cushing's makes her very sleepy and the cognitive decline makes her confused and lethargic at times. She is on 5 mg Vetoryl; her labs are good and where she needs to be for her Cushing's. I bought the Brain Awake because I thought it might help with her confusion and disorientation and also help her stay awake more. However, it made her very anxious! She began pacing back/forth every day and seemed even more confused. She began having accidents in the house and it increased her thirst quite a bit. I don't recommend for a dog with Cushing's.

Love the ingredients in all of animal essential products but since my dog is on a lot of supplements and they refuse to tell me the amount of any ingredient I will no longer purchase them. I think “proprietary” blends for our pets or for humans should be illegal. We have the right to know exactly what’s in a product we are ingesting or giving our pets

We have a 13 year old Catahoula leopard dog and the last few months she'd started getting up at 2 or 3 in the morning and pacing. At first we thought it was digestive issues so let her out and she wandered the entire back yard. Reading up on it we suspect it's onset of doggy dementia, this had good reviews so thought we'd try it. It took almost 2 weeks to start kicking in but really seems to help. Unfortunately it became back-ordered, so we tried some other products like SAMe (S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine), and gray muzzle brain's best friend, but after a couple weeks so she was back to pacing. We've been loading her up with herbal cbd for dogs at night to try and help but that also dehydrates so not the best solution. We ended up ordering more directly from Animal Essentials, hopefully Amazon will get more in stock but if not we'll keep getting it wherever we can as it seems to work and we want to keep our spacey girl around as long as we can.

We have used Brain Awake to help two of our Bull Terriers, The smaller one, who is 16 years old had the best results, she pretty much was back to normal, the mid size one comes and goes, but she is a lot better than she was before we started giving her Brain Awake, the mid size had not been taken care of very well until she was with us, so I believe that she has responded well to the Brain Awake considering how bad a shape she was in when we received her in our home.

Got for my 15 year old havanese who has cognitive health problem hoping it can ease some symptoms he had plus since it was liquid it would be easier to give to him. He would get lost around the house, get stuck in spots, just simple things that would not affect him before. He never improved and I had to go back to the old doggy dementia tablets he was using before. It also upset his stomach and caused him to eat way less with diarrhea and blood in poop. I wish I could get a refund for this product but I assume I cannot because I used a lot to see if it worked for him. I'm disappointed this product did not help him😕.
