very cheap and not well made

i bought these cuticle clippers are TJ Maxx years ago and they were my go to… i used them almost daily… they broke after probably 3 years of heavy use and i was so happy to find the same exact ones on amazon… when they arrived the package had a tj maxx price sticker on it for 3.99… so amazon is up charging them… also the quality is just not the same at all as the one i had previously… would not recommend these at all
