is this the multistretch or the regular comfifast?

It stretches a fair bit depends what part of the body you want it for.. I use for my leg and I got a bit fat leg to wrap it in..fits like a glove..bear in mind the are different colours for different uses...

what size do I need of Comfifast Elasticated Viscose Tube for lower leg and ankle please.

Hi, it all depends on how "chunky" your legs are as, you want one that is comfortable, not tight. I went with the same grade the Hospital used which was Blue Line for large limbs. It will appear rather small when you see the roll but, it stretches over bandages etc and will keep everything comfy and protected.

What size would you order for a upper arm for a female adult?

For arms I would recommend the two blue stripe.For upper legs the yellow stripes would be needed. Hope this helps
