Easy Install, Work Great
I have bought two of these latches. They were easy to install and work very well. Can also put a lock on these is you are so inclined. They seem durable enough to last a long time too.

Very sturdy gate latch

Easy installation
So easy to install! I had a broken lock years! For $20 and less than 1 hour of my time it's back to working! FYI watching the video's posted were helpful!

Works good
I have used this type of latch before on a gate, and it was just what I needed and expected to get. I like that you can open the gate from either side, and you can also put a lock on either side. Highly recommend.

Very nice
Good quality and fraction of price compared to big box store. I was able to flip directions on it easy to accommodate a left vs right swing.
