Star Trek: Voyager - Complete Boxset [DVD]

Best Star Trek series ever, even above the new ones. It had the best Trek producer in Rick Berman. If there's one series to buy, it's Voyager, as, also for value and repeat viewing.

Part of the real and old Star Trek franchise and not the new and fake Trek, that encompasses Discovery, Stupid New Worlds, the cartoons and soon to b produced Crapfleet Academy.DS9. Sisko and Co vs Gamma Quadrants The Dominion. And much more.I'm always team TNG foremost but DS9 is sorta the next best thing.

If you're a fan of the Star Trek franchise, this is as good a copy of DS9 as any other - and rather cheaper than some. Yes, some of the box text is in German, and I probably wouldn't give it as a gift unless I was sure of my recipient - but it's a (rather odd) mixture, and plenty of it is in English as well (the back of the first box of DVDs, for example, has sections labelled"Welcome Aboard", "Special Features", "Season One" and so on - the text of which is then in German). But the DVDs are labelled in English and the language selection defaults to English (on my DVD player, at least). So if you're, say, monolingual, looking for perfection and being able to read at a glance the fine detail of every little bit of bonus material, shop around and buy a different set; if, like me, you don't mind (personally, the first thing I'm going to be doing is ripping the episodes to my network drive and archiving the originals), this is decent value for money, and as good a set as any other.

The first two seasons are a bit too ‘soap opera’ for my taste, but it develops nicely and it really takes off by season 3. Really enjoying rediscovering this iteration of Star Trek

Always loved this series, Janeway comes across as a female Kirk a very strong character, the series has many morals lots of heart strong characters and good story lines, humour, excitement and adventure, the doctor in particular adds a lot of humour and also depth to the episodes, I could go on.

Love it big star trek fan but the old ones are best ds9 voyager the next gen new ones have been ruined to much fighting no story or drama anyone this just adds to the ones i have

My disabled son has loved Star Trek since a little boy. Still making his way through all the discs but no complaints so far. Outer casing not English language but as he doesn’t read this is unimportant to him but obviously might be an issue for others.

Unverzichtbare Geschichten, es war einmal. Ich habe die DVDs für die Ewigkeit digitalisiert. Schade für das damals "normale" 4:3 Seitenverhältnis und SD. Geschichte halt.

Parfait pour le prix, rien à redire surtout en ces temps où toutes nos bonnes vieilles séries sont de plus en plus en rare . Un lecteur dvd a 30 balles et ça et vous pouvez vous mater Star Trek Voyager à l’infini .Je vais vous faire gagner du temps : oui il y a la langue française et bien d’autres . J’ai vu bcp de commentaires se plaindre du packaging, perso moi je préfère car vraiment compacte, c’est parfait suffit de ne pas manipulez ses disques comme un goret et ça passe . Si vous faites du multi review peut être prévoir un case dédié

Excelente paquete con la serie Star Trek Voyager, por un precio super atractivo.Una de las cosas que le puedo achacar es la colocación de los discos, es algo complicado acceder a algunos, porque están todos apelotonados. Respecto a los idiomas, el Español es el llamado Español Neutro, que no es otra cosa que español de Hispano America. Por lo menos, los subtítulos están en todos los idiomas, la calidad de imagen es muy buena.

Deep space 9 has always been one of my favorit Star Trek series. I am enjoying getting reaquainted with the series.
