It's Environmentally Friendly --and It Works!
I find it disappointing that Keurig has failed to create a recyclable k-cup. I mean, how hard can it be? I like the idea of a single-serve coffeemaker but I want us to have a cleaner environment, not littered with billions of little bits of k-cup plastic. So I've used reuseable inserts and my own choice of ground coffee since I bought one of the early Keurigs way back when. Then all I needed to do was bend down the spike in the k-cup chamber and use non-Keurig inserts from Amazon. What does a K-cup cost today? Sixty cents? More? Reuseable inserts drop that cost to something like 25 cents a cup. If someone happened to give me a gift of K-cups I just poked a hole in the bottom. No problem. Well, my brother recently gave me his much newer Keurig 2.0 recently so I had to solve the problem of Keurig's attempts to prevent me from using reuseable filters. First, I had to order 2.0-compatible inserts. I tried using them but it would only dispense hot water, not give you all the controls for size of cup and strength of brew. Then I tried taping a little orange dot into place in the chamber, which works but wears out quickly. Finally I bought this device, which clips into the guts of the machine and tricks it into thinking you are using Keurig's non-recyclable K-cups. It kept popping out when I raised the lid, so I glued it in with E6000 glue. Not just any old glue will do. It works fine now, just have to be careful not to use too much force when raising the lid. It requires some tinkering but I gave it a 5 rating anyway because it is good for keeping our landfills a little less cluttered with K-cups. I took photos because I didn't see good pictures of where to clip it in. I still don't know what is so hard about creating a machine that doesn't require proprietary cups. Why not make the receiver into a coffee holder, so it seals when you close the lid? With a removeable metal filter the consumer can rinse out and replace? Or why doesn’t a competitor invent something like that? Waste not, want not, I believe B. Franklin said.

Very disappointing!
Just received the clips this morning. Easy installation and brewed my first cup of coffee. When I pulled up the top to remove the k-cup the clip fell out. The heat of one cup of coffee had softened the plastic enough that it wouldn't go back on. Very disappointing product. Seemed like a great idea but they need to be able to withstand the heat better. I don't even have the coffee set to brew on the hottest setting.

if you have a more advanced model like my K-550
This clip does work in fooling the Keurig 2.0 machines into thinking that every attempt to brew is a 2.0 compatible K-Cup. However, if you have a more advanced model like my K-550, it assumes that a Keurig K-Cup is always installed in the unit. That presents several problems in that is it always ready to Brew...Ignores the time clock settings and overrides your chance to simply get hot water from your Keurig system. If all you want to do is brew standard K-Cup coffee it works great ! If you want the option to brew K-Carafes or simply to get hot water for your Ramen Noodles, or to check the time, it does not work very well\This same company sells Keurig 2.0 compatible stickers which you attach to the K-cup to make them 2.0 compatible and the system will automatically revert back to it's normal configuration when you remove the K-Cup with the override sticker. You will need ot evaluate which works best for you.By the way....I only received 5 Clever Clips instead of the 6X displayed in the Amazon order.

Good quality
I was replacing a similar product which had lasted years - and this one is better materia and stronger; I’ll probably have to replace my coffee maker before this little clip wears out. And as I didn’t read the description carefully it was quite a surprise to get a bunch for the price. All around very happy with the purchase.

Very disappointed!
In theory, these are great! My favorite coffee is not Keurig branded, so I was thrilled to find these. However, they are very cheaply made and won't stay put. Thankfully I bought a 6 pack, the first clip lasted one day, the second clip for several days, and the third clip didn't install tightly, it slid and prevented the top from closing, when I opened it back up the clip was mangled. I managed to move it, but not sure how long it's going to last. It needs to be made out of a stronger plastic! I am very disappointed!

These fit right in the machine
These are great ! I had ordered some coffee from another seller and they included what was supposed to be one of these with the order and it didn't fit. Way too big. I saw these and decided I would give them a try. They fit perfectly. I definitely recommend these for those of you buying coffee that is not Keurig approved or using the refillable pods.
