I used an old router instead in AP mode and it works great.
I do all of my own computer netoworking/cameras and automation. This is the MOST COMPLEX thing to setup I have ever used.I have 2 Nanostation M2 running perfectly and can't get this to connect. I used an old router instead in AP mode and it works great.

Not easy to setup
It took me the best part pf a day fighting with this thing to get it setup. The directions are very generic and you better know something about network settings if you intend to ever make it work.

The airGateway helps me create my own Hotel LAN
[EDITED on May 1, 2017] The airGateway is a very small access point, that snaps directly onto a Ubiquiti PoE block (not included, but, you can buy one if you need). Typically, an airGateway is used as an accessory to an airMAX CPE device (which comes with the PoE that the airGateway would snap onto). Such as an airGrid. It has a number of uses. Such as, allowing installers an easy way to connect to, and configure/troubleshoot Ubiquiti equipment. It can also be useful in other situations. For instance, when traveling, there have been times when I've found less than ideal internet connectivity via a hotel's WiFi. So, I started packing my own LAN system. It consists of a Ubiquiti airGrid M2 HP, and an airGateway. I mount the airGrid onto a camera tripod. It is configured as a Station/Router. I aim it toward the hotel's Access Point. The airGateway snaps directly onto the airGrid's PoE block, and is configured as an Access Point/Bridge. I connect to the airGateway from my phone, then login to the airGrid, so that I can select the hotel's SSID, and connect. Ultimately, I end up with a very strong WiFi signal, and all of my nodes (phone, chromecast, roku stick, tablet...etc.) connect to my in-room LAN. For hotels that require you to fill out a web form to register when you first connect, you still do that. But only one time, say from your phone or tablet. Once that's done, everything connected to your LAN works. It just makes life on the road a little easier. The two, are a perfect match. There is a review by "Everyone's_a_critic" entitled: "What This Product Does", which is very well written, and gives an in depth look at this product. Well worth the read! I'd provide a link to it, if AMAZON would allow it.There is a YouTube video produced by Crosstalk Solutions, entitled "How To Steal Your Neighbor's WiFi" (They don't actually recommend stealing anyone's WiFi), that uses a Nanostation to illustrate the concept for my hotel scenario.

For the 5th Wheel... Perfect size.
So far so good, I have not gotten this installed into my 5th wheel yet. But the size and easy interface is nice, and I has worked flawlessly in my testing thus far.
