Goes on easily, smudges easily
I think this is the best eyeliner pencil I've gotten so farOther kinds of eyeliners:*Liquid eyeliner means a major commitment to full eye makeup for the day.*Felt-tip is easy to apply, but is also not subtle; it's too sharp.*Dark eye shadow powder can be difficult to apply if it's tightly packed*A softer powder sprinkles all over your face.*So far, eyeliner pencils have been too hard to go on easily, so I've kept looking.This one is a soft pencil, very black, goes on easily, but not greasily It works applied from beneath the top lashes be sure there is liner as close to the lashes as possible, and then on top of the lash line, as thick or extended as you want. And nicely smudge-able.

I have to continue testing it
I really liked the way it slips on my eyelid. It is very soft and fast and marks the line well without having to press so much. But it doesn't last that long in the eyes. At the end of the day the eyeliner stains my eyelid a little. It is not very waterproof. I gave it 4 stars for the easy application. I will continue testing it and if there is any change I will edit this review.

Beautiful
Love this eyeliner. Most of the time I buy eyeliner and I end up with crap but this time around I feel I bought the right one. Love the color and smothness.

Mi delineador resulto ser una delicia!Es muy fácil y preciso delinear el ojo, la punta corre suavemente por el contorno sin hacer daño a la piel. Compré el negro, pero veo que hay colores variados para cualquier gusto. Es waterproof pero aún no lo he probado en el agua, sin embargo confío plenamente en ETERNAL! Me interesé en comprar el delineador porque tengo las pinturas de uñas de la misma marca y son increíbles! Hermosos y duraderos usando los tres pasos: base, color y top. Para mi, esta marca es de excelente calidad!La recomiendo!!! 🙌

Really Good eyeliner
Glides on smooth to create a nice line on the eye. It also smudges pretty well into the lash line if you need it to.
