Hunter Brown and the Secret of the Shadow (Codebearers Series Book 1) Kindle Edition

This is one of my kid's favorite series of all time. I would guess ages 9 and up depending on a child's disposition to somewhat sinister intense themes. We read them together as a homeschool family and laughed and chewed our nails in suspense. It is a Christian fantasy series filled with adventure and allegory. Mom enjoyed the allegorical aspects, and the kids mostly enjoyed the adventures! In the Crichton Clan's opinion, it is a must read!!!! I am not being paid for this endorsement-- 😊 just reminded how much they were loved when unnamed teens in our house were discussing the series and commented they should read them again!

Both our boys just pounded through these books, had a hard time putting them down after about the middle of the first book. No content concerns. Would recommend for ages 9 and up. I know it's been awhile since Book 3 came out but the boys are really hoping there are more to come.

My 10 year old son loves these books and can see the christian themes and who is supposed to represent Jesus, etc.

I thought this book was great. It was action packed, and I would recommend it for anyone around my age.

This is book one of a great series that will capture your heart, mind and attention on the very first page. As I stated on book 2 and 3...I got this series for my teen son to read. It is PERFECT! A wonderful Christian series that highlights the troubles of living in this world and shows a new side to our kids. The spiritual depth of this series is amazing and I couldn't put it down. My son and I talked about this series for a very long time and even now he brings up stuff from the series. I wish there were more than 3 books....these brothers are great authors!! And such a HUGE blessing!!

My son is into this book series. He burns right thru the pages. It is perfect kind of book to promote reading at the elementary school age. Someone is going to make alot of money if they turn this series into a cartoon show or blockbuster movie. Overall, this book is perfect for boys.

This book is the best book I've ever read. I myself hate reading, but I couldn't put this book down. The other two are also a must read. The Miller brothers do an awesome job with mixing Christian religion with fantasy!
