With my baby, i stopped taking milk products for a while (she had been slightly allergic to milk), and this seemed to help. However it is important to take dairy products right away because of the significant amounts calcium/phosphate that vegetables do NOT provide (yes even greens). I no longer recommend spinach because of its high oxalic acid content that will bind to the calcium in the digestive system. The beta glucan really helped.
