I absolutely love this pocket notebook. The metal cover is excellent quality — sturdy, sleek, and durable enough to handle being tossed in my pocket, backpack, or car without bending or getting beat up. It protects the pages perfectly and gives the whole notebook a premium feel. The size is perfect for everyday carry. It’s compact enough to fit comfortably in my pocket, but still gives me plenty of space to jot down notes, reminders, ideas, lists — anything I need throughout the day. I carry it everywhere now, and it has quickly become one of my most-used items. The included pen is a huge bonus. It’s surprisingly good quality, writes smoothly without skipping, and fits snugly into the built-in holder so I never have to scramble for something to write with. The convenience factor is honestly one of my favorite parts — everything I need is right there together. Whether I’m at work, running errands, camping, or just trying to stay organized, this notebook has been incredibly useful. The build quality, portability, and thoughtful design make it easily one of the best pocket notebooks I’ve owned. I got this because I wanted to get back in the habit of writing notes down physically again instead of relying on my phone. I also wanted to keep this near the bed in case I have any ideas or weird dreams I wanted to write down. It is nice, feels solid, sturdy, and well made. You don't realize how small it is until you really hold it though. I need to learn to write better and smaller to make better use of this. You can fit it in almost any pocket or pouch though. It is super small and super slim. The pen fits nicely as well. Buy it if you need it.

the product is truly great, i keep it in my bag to take notes on the go and it’s very sturdy. i love that the pen holds it shut and is very snug in the holder. very good value and it’s very straightforward to use and works great. BUT in the listing pictures it literally says “thicker sticky note paper” which makes it sound like they’re sticky notes but they aren’t. why would it say that?? it’s just paper. anyway, i’m also concerned because i have no idea how i’d replace the paper. there’s 60 sheets so it’ll be a bit before i have to worry about that but when i looked it didn’t seem like there were any options that were 2x4” (idk if it’s 4x2” or if that even matters sorry) so i’d just have this weird piece of metal left over that i can’t use for anything if i couldn’t find a replacement. so if you think you’ll use every page and need replacements i either wouldn’t get this or i’d make sure you could find refills before getting it.

Paper. Small.

I got this to jot down notes (shocker right?) the paper is nice and the pen writes well. I really love the tactile feeling when the spring opens it up after pulling the pen out. The only downside side is the same thing you see in the other reviews. The pen does fall out, the pen keeps it closed, but if it gets squeezed together a little bit, then that little bit of a release of tension allows the pen to slide out. I saw in another review someone said to put a piece of tape on it. I put a very small bit of duct tape at the very top of the pen and now it works perfectly.

I do like the metal casing and found the pen lock clasp to be interesting but not what I want. This product is great for a desk companion but typically if you are at a desk, I find most people will have post-it's or a better notebook. I am always on the go and pretty much every time I remove the pocket notebook from my pant pocket, the pen has slipped out of its clasp. You might find better utility if you keep it in a go bag or shirt pocket. Not great for pants.

I plan to glue a mag-safe to this metal notebook and magnetically attach it to my cell phone. It works alright. I am worried about losing the pen, because it won't stay closed without that pen and I can't see it working with any other pen. If the pen had some kind of rubber coating it would be more comfortable to write with and would probably stay in the locking mechanism better. I am pleased that each of the 2 notebooks came with 3 refill pads of paper. One plain, one with horizontal rules, and a dotted one. I removed the blank pad that came in it and replaced it with the dotted one. The clip that holds the pad of paper is unusually tight. I messed up the pad a little trying to force it in place. I suppose a clip that is a bit too tight is better than one that is too loose. I can see this holding up better in my pocket than the faux leather mini notebook I was previously using. It will be nice to know that I will always be able to write myself a note when I need to. I've been emailing notes to myself using my phone. This will be easier.

Great little note pad... Handy to keep in car.

Occasionally I find metal shavings when I open it up to write notes. Edges are also a bit sharp, I had to file it down with an old rag. Looks sleek, but for this price, I would've expected the quality to be better and come with refills. Paid $19 AUD. Not particularly sturdy either, feel like someone could be bend it in half if they wanted to.
