Fits good
I bought this for a replacement head. Fits well and easily goes together. It is much noisier than the original part.

Cutter doesn't seat properly
This replacement failed as the cutter is not manufactured to the correct dimensions to seat properly on the razor's white vibrating head. The cutter falls off while shaving and damages the foil. I gave up and had to buy a whole new razor.
