I bought this for my son who has just joined Beavers. He needed a sleeping mat that he could fold away on his own. As a family, when camping we have Thermarests but at 7 he can’t quite do it independently. This was a great as it’s compact, and he says very comfortable. A scouting must!

What a amazing mat I was originally using a thin foil mat which served me well,but it was time for a change I bought this used it yesterday in saddleworth moors and wow I could feel the warmth diffrence straight away the design trapping all the warm air and keeping you toasty all night just buy simple as that really

Good productEspecially if ground is cold and damp give extra protection and warmth. Bit bulky but lightweight.

The mat arrived really quickly, and saw active service on a bitterly cold bivvy in the Mourne mountains. Really made the difference, when slipped under an inflatable. Added bonus - the eggbox structure held the mat steady on the wet ground, and helpedmy bivvy set up stay in place. Essential piece of kit from now on.

Does the job, take it on every camp I go on
