Beautiful jewelry for the kitchen
This faucet was used for the installation of new sink and counters. The salesman/ designer recommended it. It looks great, operates easily, blends temps well. The only think I wish now, after the fact, was that I had asked the plumber to remove a flow restrictor, if possible. It does seem to full a big pot rather slowly, though the stream is strong.

Warning: This faucet is NOT aerated!
I actually bought this at Costco but wanted to share my review here anyway because of how disappointed I was. I was excited after spending a long time removing my old sink and faucet and installing the new one. We bought the Hansgrohe Cento faucet because it looked nice. Unfortunately after we started using it, we realized the water is not aerated! What that means is the water comes out strong and splashed everywhere. Yes, you can pull the faucet closer to the dishes but it only minimizes the splashing and even then it's still significantly more than our old faucet and you shouldn't have to do this anyway. The image on the box makes it look like it should be aerated and even the product description states: "As Hansgrohe has fitted its faucet aerators with flexible silicon nozzles, dirt and limescale can be rubbed off easily". I called Hansgrohe's customer service this morning and asked about this and the customer service rep simply said "Sir, this faucet is not aerated." I would recommend to look elsewhere.

Way to splashy and hard to control
I second the main complaint in Freddy G's review, and am GETTING RID OF this faucet. I'm giving only two stars, reflecting beautiful design and smooth ergonomics at a high level. On the other hand, while the faucet itself is beautiful, the laminar water flow is intolerable. It's way too splashy, as the water hits your dishes and leaps upward continuing it's laminar flow en masse, getting sleeves and countertop all wet. It's possible to manage this by lowering the output, but this takes finesse and is a constant fight. Opting for the spray mode is OK with mid-high output, but too splashy when up high, and not possible to retain spray mode when you dial the pressure down. It's like they never tested it in a real sink with dishes. Come on HG...you can do MUCH BETTER!!!

Spray works fine, but the steady dense water flow setting is ...
The only problem with this faucet is the LACK OF TRUE AERATION, which at cost of $250.00 plus is a ridiculous oversight of the engineers. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Spray works fine, but the steady dense water flow setting is problematic, requiring extreme deligence upon usage. Remediate with lower water flow, but easier said than done, because the spray will not work if too low. Hence practice, practice, practice. Certainly, pleasing to the eye.

The faucet was easy to install and works as expected
The faucet was easy to install and works as expected. I was glad to see that Hansgrohe has you tube videos that demonstrate the installation. Also, the faucet is a good design that is pleasing to the eye.

Worse than a duck
I didn't buy this from Amazon, but from a large retail store. I never thought it would be possible to despise a faucet so much. This thing splashes so much that I've had to place a splash board against the back of the sink, wear an apron and wash everything really carefully and strategically. Heaven forbid if the water strikes anything (even vegetables) at a right angle because you'll have water all over the place, including the floor. I feel like I have to gear up for battle whenever I use this faucet. I've tolerated this for over a year and can't take it anymore. I'll give it a last shot and replace the faucet head with the aerated one as suggested in the Q&A section. The part will cost about $65 which is ridiculous considering how much this faucet costs. If it doesn't work, I'll donate it, but feel sorry for whoever gets it. It looks nice, but it's a monster in disguise.
