Works great. Slide rear cap is very tight = difficult to install
This is a good way to carry if you don't want a holster of some type. It works like a pen clip and just rides on the waistband your pants or on your belt. I gave it 4 stars because of the looks and the rear cap. The clip would have been fine with just a solid piece of metal. The cutouts just cheapen the look a bit in my opinion. The coating on the slide cap made it a real bear to get into the slide. Have a small fine file handy to hit the edges of the slide rear cap and then it will go right in. It's a good product at a fair price.

Wobbly backplate
The backplate is wobbly. Have not shot since installing it hopefully will not be an issue.

Needs some shaping to fit P320
I have used the techna clip on my M&P Shield and 9 SC, love the product. I bought one for my Sig Sauer P320 and it didn't fit like it did on my Smith & Wessons. Like most gun owners who buy after market part, i removed the clip and carefully opened the bend on the slide backplate where it screws in(still very tight)using a towel and vise grips, until i was able to secure the screws with no resistance. This created a gap between the slide and the belt clip, so i slightly bent it towards the slide. These minor adjustments didn't leave any stress marks and it fits and looks great. More importantly is so much more comfortable then wearing a holster inside the belt/pants. Worth it!
