Lactaid Fast Act - Easy to Swallow/Individually Wrapped
These Lactaid Fast Act caplets are small in size and easy to swallow, with no unpleasant aftertaste. I like that they are individually wrapped, making them perfect for lunch bags, purses, or travel. They arrived in date and in very good condition. A decent value for the number of caplets, I would purchase them again; five stars from me.

Lactaid Works Great, Used for many years! Also Use Lacteeze drops to treat your own milk!
I've used Lactaid for over 12 years and it works great, took two years for me to be diagnosed with lactose intolerance while I was in high school. I always had stomach/belly aches and it got to the point where people stopped believing me when I said my stomach hurt when I was in school, they thought I just wanted to go home, but that was all solved when I found out I was lactose intolerant after having a simple test done at the hospital. One easy way I was told you can find out if your lactose intolerant is don't eat or drink anything after 10pm at night, go to bed then the next morning drink a full glass of milk and wait 2-3 hours, if you have discomfort such as bloating, gas (burping, and later on air out the other end) stomach/belly aches, nausea and in sever cases vomiting, then you are most likely lactose intolerant. The Lactaid Fast Act are great, they are more potent that other generic brand and work better and faster than the regular lactaid, they come individually wrapped in paper/foil pouches, great for traveling. One thing they do not work well with is Milk or larger amounts of cream. To use lactaid capsules to drink milk I would always take a minimum of 4 since straight milk always gave me the biggest problem. BUT You can purchase Lactaid Milk, but is expensive, so what I've done is treated my own milk with lactase drops (the enzyme in lactaid but in liquid form)TREATING YOUR OWN MILK: I've always liked getting milk from a local farm in town, but couldn't do so for a while until I discovered the drops. I get the "LACTEEZE drops" you can order the 7ml bottle from [...] for about $12 per bottle, I usually put 15 drops in a half gallon of milk, wait a couple hours or overnight and it works GREAT! No need to take any lactaid if you treat your milk, I just always treat my milk right after I get home from the store. If you want to save money on the drops, order the bigger 15.5ml bottle directly from the manufacture which is in Canada. I have ordered from the manufacture twice now and they have been great, haven't had any issues and its delivered within a week. To order from the manufacture go to [...] and click Gelda E-shop, products, Gelda Pharmaceuticals and scroll down. They sell all the lacteeze products including the 7ml and 15.5ml bottles. Call them if you have any questions, they are very nice, and ordering through them is the cheapest, I get the 15.5ml bottles individually and usually order 2-3 at a time.Good luck, hope this info can help someone! I just wish I found out I was lactose intolerant sooner :)

Great Product
Good product that works fast as advertised:I use Fast Acting Lactaid. It works for me. I usually take 2 pills. Sometimes I take a third pill, but no more than that. My only complaint is that there are no bottles for the Fast Acting lactaid caplets. The single caplet packs are great for travel, but are a pain to open. The caplet is usually stuck in the pack after tearing the side off, or they pop out and fall to the floor. I am not as limber as I used to be, and bending down to pick something off the floor takes considerable effort. My arthritic fingers do not handle small motions very well, so picking the caplets out of their packaging also takes a while. I wish Lactaid would consider putting these caplets into a bottle like the original Lactaid.

These work!!!
I've been sensitive to lactose for many years. I get a really bad stomach ache/bubble guts anytime I eat pizza, cheese, ice cream, milk etc. I recently made a really good confit with ricotta and it wrecked me. I ordered these pills and take one with my first bite and then another if I continue to eat anything with lactose AND IT WORKS. I made the same confit with ricotta and my stomach didn't hurt AT ALL. Highly recommend!!

Life Saver
These work great! I always carry about 6-8 in my purse in case I come across a dairy-riddled food at work or on the go. You take it right before your first bite and feel none of the agony that comes with eating dairy otherwise. This is also a nice big box for a reasonable price.

Works great for me.
I have a moderate lactose sensitivity and these seem to work for me. I've never taken one and drank a cup of milk, but they do work for me. When I have ice cream or soft cheeses or dishes that have heavy cream in them. I think they are easy to take and very portable, and the price is fairly decent in order for me not to have to worry about stomach troubles while out and about and still getting to eat all the foods with my friends.

Enjoy eating yogurt
They have made eating milk products a pleasure. I thought I might be lactose intolerant, but wasn’t sure. Sometimes I got gut pain, sometimes not. But since taking these before eating yogurt or cheese, I feel much better. So I guess I am lactose intolerant.

Work extremely well and it's a great price!
As I became "Lactose Intolerant" later in life. Made for a real problem as I've been a major milk drinker, ice cream eater, sour cream eater and loved cream & 1/2 and 1/2 in my cooking ALL MY LIFE. When it changed to this, I had to find solutions as I wasn't going to give it up. So, I use these tablets to help me with eating anything with milk and it works long enough to eat my meals. I, also, use Lactaid brand Milk and other brands for sour cream & 1/2 and 1/2 (wish Lactaid would make them, too). This has changed my life to be able to eat & drink "REAL MILK" WITHOUT LACTOSE. Extremely HAPPY!
