Huy Fong Foods, Inc. - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce - 28 oz

Sriracha, hands down, is my favorite condiment. I quite literally put this stuff on everything! Pizza, eggs, any form of potatoes, chicken tenders, soup, mac & cheese - just to name a few. In my opinion, sriracha isn’t over the top spicy, I’d put it at a medium spice level. The balance of chili, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt is *chefs kiss*. Opened sriracha bottles have a shelf life of 1-3 years in the fridge, although I use the condiment so voraciously, I don’t think I’ve really ever had a bottle last more than 6 months to a year. I’ve heard while still safe, after a year, there may be some color change and flavor loss.

I love this sauce! It has a kick to it that’s subtle but kicks up the more you use. It’s not overly spicy so those who can’t take much heat won’t be bothered by it. The size was a bonus because it’s a huge container. Definitely lasts a long time even if you use it often! It’s easy to use. All you do is twist, turn and squeeze. Then twist to close it back

I don’t usually buy food online, but I’m glad I gave it a try. Fast shipping and the quality was great. I’ll definitely be ordering more food from Amazon in the future!

I won't pay 20 bucks or more for a bottle of Siracha, so I tend to stock up when the supply frees up. Last purchase was at 13$ per 28oz bottle, which isn't horrible, even if it's more than we were paying a few years ago. I tried other varieties, including Underwood Ranches (the original supplier of peppers to Huy Fong), but nobody can quite duplicate the original. It's not a pure heat thing, as the sauce is fairly mild (by modern hot sauce standards). It's the balance of sweet, heat, and garlic. And it has to be exact, or it won't taste the same. I sincerely hope Huy Fong sorts out their pepper supply. I miss their Sambal, but I can make a reasonable substitute in my own kitchen for that with ripe jalapenos from my garden.

Fresh and package great.its not hot its flavorful it is what i use as people would with ketchup.price was decent also ...no complaints here !!!!

The color is darker than the one I purchased from Walmart. And it tastes a little different from the that one as well. Price is great! Little too spicy.

The Huy-Fong brand is the original siracha with the rooster on the label. Don't be fooled by other brands who copy the label. This siracha has the best taste and is the one I prefer. In this size, from this seller, it's a good value.
