Great product from uncle mike's
built well, fits a 2" duty belt well. Ok so this thing isn't made of metal but still is pretty strong. My 3 D cell defiant flashlight fits it perfectly. This thing with batteries weighs 1.5 lbs and though the ring is plastic it holds the light really good with no sign of bending or stretching. Great thing about it too is no metal on metal scraping that comes with an aluminum flashlight and steel ring. Second off, no damage to the finish of your 3 D cell flashlight which does tend to happen with the steel ring style. Highly recommend this purchase if you want a good quality lightweight flashlight ring to carry that 3 cell maglite or other 3 D cell flashlight that is strong and won't break the bank.

A Good Flashlight Ring
Quality of construction is excellent, plastic ring is sturdy, belts snaps are strong, and secure, yet not too difficult to unsnap, and plastic ring is somewhat quieter when withdrawing flashlight than a metal ring.Quibble: Plastic flashlight ring is a bit oversized for my D cell Mag-Lite, or SL20X Streamlight. However, because I intend to wrap the barrel of my D cell Mag-Lite with grip tape, as it's far too smooth / slippery for my purposes, then this oversized plastic ring may be just what I needed after all.Bottom Line: Even though the plastic ring is a bit oversized for a D cell Mag-Lite, or a SL20X Streamlight, it still does the job nevertheless, and is a little quieter than a metal ring (-if that's important to you).

Heavy duty and perfect fit!
It's heavy duty and easy to use, what more can you ask for? Fits my 3 cell LED Maglight perfectly. Now I have to get used to that sucker swinging back and forth whacking me in the butt. Simple solution, just move the light to the side instead of the back where I customarily wore it. Not a problem for me, just rearranging my stuff!

It does the job
It does the job that I need it to do for my work but it keeps tucking itself under my duty belt and between my regular belt and so I have fought with getting it out several times causing some frustration.

Great product, but a bit pricey
Holds my flashlight perfectly, no problems there.It just seems a bit over priced for what you get as far as a piece of fabric and a plastic ring.
