Supersmart - Super Harpagophytum 1000mg per Day (High Strength) - Devil's Claw Herbal Supplement | Non-GMO & Gluten Free - 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I only take 2 capsules a day (I only weigh 135lb though, you probably want to dose more based on body size) and this has been by far the most effective supplement I've ever taken for the high levels of pain due to my knee osteoarthritis, crooked patellas, and chronic foot pain due to high arches & twisting my right ankle too many times. The only other particularly effective supplement for pain I take is nanocurcumin, I've used literally more than a dozen different curcumin brands over the years and this products beats them all though I still take curcumin as well for other benefits. This is also better than prescription painkillers, which I used to take in the past but now prefer to avoid.It took a few days to kick in but since then I have very few bad pain days anymore. My knees are so far gone it normally hurts a lot whether I actually do anything physical or just sit. Even with curcumin and all my other supplements, I used to constantly have to apply CBD/THC topicals, icyhot-type creams, chinese medicine pain patches (usually hot pepper or wormwood based), just to cope with the pain. But now most days I genuinely feel almost nothing. I've been able to increase the amount I can walk per day by about 1/3.One of the curcumins I was taking that was good had Devil's Claw as a sub-ingredient, so that's why I went looking for a higher dose. I was correct in thinking that would work even better. I would never want to be without this, I hope it never loses efficacy over time but it's been working well for a few months now. It doesn't cause me stomach problems that I've noticed. If you have joint pain, I think this will help you a lot. I am unsure if it will work as well on nerve pain but probably worth trying out. You should know if it works or not by 2 weeks max.

I bought it to fight pain due to arthritis in association with curcuma. I have to say that after 10 days using that product, I do not really feel any better neither worse.Update as of 10/26/23: I was contacted by the Seller who offered a refund. That has been very surprising to me since it is the first time I am offered to be refunded after leaving a neutral review. Thank you Supersmart Team!!

Brand NOT credible - different things listed in ad vs on label (misleading) for Devil's ClawThis brand does not sound trustworthy. Their ad on amazon says their Hypagophytum (Devil's Claw) supplement is Non-GMO, gluten free, soy free but this is not listed on their label. Moreover, the Amazon ad says the 'other ingredients' contain 'rice bran' but this ingredient is not listed on their label. Also, the Amazon ad says there is approx. 200 mg Hypagophytum extract per capsule yet on the label it says a serving size is 4 caps and totals 1000 mg Hypagophytum. Per the label, each cap contain 250 mg NOT 200 mg like the ad states. Very misleading and dishonest. Based on the misinformation provided, I do not trust what is inside these capsules. Studies indicate Hypagophytum Procumbens is the constituent that produces effective results in medical studies. This company states this is the variety of Devil's Claw they've used but, again, it is not stated on the label only in their ad.
