Under the Weather XLPod Navy

This item was a gift and when they tried to set it up it, but has a bent wire and won’t go back down. They went through the manufacturer who strung them along, but never fixed it or replaced it and told them it had to be returned to Amazon. But by the time this info got back to me, the window for returns with Amazon closed. I won’t be buying anything from this manufacturer ever again.

This is fantastic for anything outdoors. Fits a double folding chair (two singles are too wide). Got a bit fogged up, but was easily wiped away. We used it at a Christmas parade and ended up taking off our jackets. Setting up is easy, breaking down takes practice.

This is a cool idea but mine ripped the 2nd time I used it. Also, the clear plastic is very wrinkly and hard to see out of. All negative reviews on the Under the Weather website get deleted. Trying to get mine replaced or refunded took a lot of work. Not very happy.

Pods with damaged wires resulting from improper folding are not covered under warranty."I REALLY LIKE THIS IDEA! But, I can clearly see the future obstacles to making this practical especially given so many scenarios of RE-FOLDING, i.e., It's raining...Don't even try it! You have small children running around...Don't even try it. or, You have chronic back pain!...Don't even try it~!!I AM ABLE to re-fold the pod after slow, very patient attention to detail and manipulation of the floor and roof material - it's MOST frustrating and requires an excellent "In-Shape" body. I have to crawl around the floor to slowly manipulate it all into place. Bending or Curling the pod to a Circle is NOT going to happen for me though. I will have to store it flat.I am sure that IF you are in great physical shape, with no COGNITIVE shortcomings ReFolding is "Easy Peasy" as another Reviewer described. It takes quite a bit of time to fold in the excess flooring/roofing material.All that said, IF I was younger... I would buy a few because I know the kids would fight me for it!:)))

Brought it along on vacation and the plastic wore a hole in itself. Very disappointed in quality.

My grandson plays baseball for his school and also in other leagues almost year round. My daughter in law attends the baseball games of course and when it is cold, she is bundled up to stay warm. Since her husband, my son, coaches the team, she keeps staistics which is hard to do all bundled up. I had seen and heard about these pods and thought she might like to have one as protection from the weather and still be able to keep an eye on the action. She loves it and reports it works great. So happy she is able to stay warm and dry while doing what she loves...watching baseball!

I always accompany my fur baby when he is outside to play or to relieve himself, With the arrival of the cooler/colder weather, I sit in my new pod to keep warm (I do wear my cold weather gear). He has his sweater or coat to keep him warm and now my new pod prevents the cold and the wind from making my time outside, miserable. Sometimes, he sits in the pod with me just to enjoy being outside. I especially appreciate the tabs that allow me to securely anchor it in place.

LOVE IT!!! It keeps you warm and dry. I have been to many baseball games where I am glad I had one of these. I get asked all of the time where did I get it from and they are going to buy one too. Now I will say practice folding it up first before you get caught in a rainstorm trying to do it. Let's just say that everyone watching was dying laughing watching us try to get it folded. They have youtube videos online that you can watch. Once you learn how to fold it, it is super easy. It is also big enough for my son and myself to sit in it. I sit in a folding chair and I usually put a blanket on the ground for him. He is 6 and weighs 35 lbs.
