My rims are for tr-15 inner-tubes with the larger hole for them. My new tires came with the tr-13 smaller vale stem. So I put these spacers in the rim and fit perfectly with the smaller valve size. So now all my rims have these spacers in them with the new tubes. They look factory original. The spacers work very well for me and hold the tr-13 vale stems in place.
