Smells like Pizza!
I use this product for my flock of bantam chickens and they love it. It’s weird but it smells like pizza which makes my teenage son more engaged with the chicken feeding process. The chickens love it and I keep buying it though it’s quite spendy because non gmo/organic, small farm support is VERY important to me and I have a small flock. Also, this feed includes DE and oyster shell as well as garlic and other things that I don’t have to buy so it balances out a little bit. Very good feed; my hens are fat and happy and give me eggs with nice shells every day :-)

Our favorite feed
We have been feeding this product to our chickens since April 2020 and we love it. It have tried a few other brands when this product has been out of stock our chickens much prefer this feed mix. It also produces the best quality eggs in our opinion.

Smells good! Hens love it!
Finally a soy-free layer feed. I like that it is complete with probiotics, oyster shell, and essential oils. It smells like whole grains and not dogfood like the cheap stuff at the feed stores. Checking for eggs daily and hope it is soon:)

Not corn free.
I do not write reviews but I also have never been so pissed about a product before. Absolute false advertising as 'corn free'. TONS of corn in this feed and I had three healthy hens die within a week of trying out this feed. Beware.

Hens Wouldn't Eat It
For some reason they hate this feed. It looks ok - doesn't smell fresh like what they're used to. But they are completely unimpressed. I had to mix it with another feed to get them to eat it at all. They still leave all the peas - which is most of what this feed is made up of.

What the heck??
Purchased “corn free” chicken food that contains more corn than any other item in their. Not sure if a bad batch or what, but not happy with it

Not consistent with product. Not corn free.
I’ve bought another brand for years and they stopped selling on Amazon, so I’ve had to search for another brand of chicken feed that is supposed to be Soy-Free and Corn Free. This brand seemed promising, so I made my first purchase a couple months ago. I noticed it had some corn in it but I wasn’t too worried about it thinking it may have just slipped through that batch. The thing I liked about it most was that it was not powdery at all and it seemed like it was fresh. I purchased another bag and it was exactly the same, corn and all. The eggs tasted great still, the chickens seemed happy with it, and truthfully there aren’t many other options. The third batch I received was completely different. It was a bag full of ground up powder. It was nothing resembling the first two bags I purchased. Pictures of the different batches are included. It’s one thing for the bag to say corn free and have corn in it but it’s another to have complete inconsistency with the product. Not very happy to pay $50 for a bag of powder.
