Dissatisfied
Received 2 Grandma mugs. I was supposed to receive 1 Grandma and 1 Grandpa mug. Very disappointed and upset. If it wasn’t for my dad throwing away the box it came in I would have returned it.

Black ink rubs off!
We gave this gift for grandparents birthday, and immediately upon washing the glasses black ink appeared on our sponge and all over our hands. The ink continues to rub off ruining the mugs.

The cups are nice looking and good glass But the black print of the bears rubs off. I drank from the cup and walked away with black soot all over my hands
