Very easy repair. Good quality
Great product. Exactly like OEM button. Materials and fit were perfect. Comes with the grommet which is important. Really easy job on a Veloster. 10mm socket and Phillips screwdriver and 20-30 minutes is all you need!

Great
This product came in great shape and fit my Veloster. Easy install and much cheaper then buying a whole new asembly. It works great, no more trying to find that sweet spot to open the hatch.

Works great. Excellent factory replacement
This seems to be a well made replacement. I had to watch YouTube videos on how to properly install, and there were minor differences that I had to figure out, but overall, the product works perfect, supports the rear camera, and has a hatch release button that should hold up much better than the original.

Perfect OEM fit
My button on my rear hatch stated acting up. It would open randomly when I started the car. Then when I needed it to open it wouldn't work. Finally it just stopped all together. I ordered this piece did the swap out and never had a problem since. The button actually feels better then the OEM one. It opens with a little more pressure but that is because the button is just slightly taller which actually makes it easier to use. Everything fit together just like OEM. Perfect.

Possibly saved hundreds of dollars...
...if i had called the dealership for a quote. Now that I have your attention, I didn't necessarily NEED to change the hatch release button. I chose to change it because it annoyed me just knowing the rubber piece had deteriorated away. I looked at a video on YouTube and it seemed easy enough, all I needed was a 10M socket, socket extension, ratchet and needle nose pliers. Took me about 20 minutes tops. The most difficult part was trying to get the needle nose pliers on the clips to release the entire assembly. After that there was 4 small screws that held the button in place and once those were removed the old button harness came out. Placed the new one in and screwed it on. It fit perfectly and needless to say, spending $35 on the part and doing it yourself was such a better option than going anywhere to get it replaced.UPDATE!!After installing the part on my Veloster (equipped with a backup camera), the button release to the hatch did its job and released the hatch. Unfortunately, the backup camera stopped working altogether. I'm not sure if the harness was pinned wrong or if it was meant for a Veloster without a backup camera but I had to order a different part before I was able to start the return process. I'm only knocking it down 1 star because the part did (half of) what it was supposed to do.

It's the real deal!
Was fairly easy to install. You can reach the hatch release from the back seat, there is a small slot on the inside middle of the hatch, you will need something like a screw driver to push the release to the side and the hatch will open.
