Compark X5, 4K Ultra HD, Action Camera
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I Purchased two of these cameras to mount onto the bow and stern of a narrowboat, I chose them as they are waterproof, have image stabilisers, remote control and because they where at the time of purchase less than £40 each, I have since completed an unboxing video on youtube on this camera which lead me to trying out the various features of the camera. When on a tripod the images seem sharp and crisp, in both movie and camera still modes, Unfortunately you can't turn on the Electronic image stabiliser when in 4K mode, but seems to work in 2.7K @ 30fps, 1080p @60fps, 1080p @ 30fps and 720p @ 120fps, however when you get down to 720p the image is not great, but the best image I found was the 1080p @ 60fps as EIS could be turned on.The photo of flowers was taken @ 20 megapixels, and video if plays is 4K @ 30 fpsFeatures:* Waterproof to 40 Meters,* 170 Degree Wide Angle Lens,* 2x 1050mah batteries included (up to 1.5 hours each, totalling 3 hour run time,* Vlogging Microphone Included, (2.5mm Jack - 1.5M cable length)* Remote Control Included, (30 meter range, Movie and Photo Control)* Full wireless Control, (Including remote viewing, Range approx 50 feet)* Web Cam Mode,* Dash Cam Mode (Can auto stop start, and loop in 1/3/5 mins or off)* Micro SD Card Class 10 up to 64GB (Sold Separately)The menu is really easy to use, There are 18 accessories included plus the 2 velcro & 2 webbing strapsConclusionThis is a really fantastic value for money, unbelievable it came with two batteries remote and 18 accessories. I love the idea it can function whilst plugged into an external power supply like a battery bank etc, particularly love the external microphone and that it is a standard 2.5mm jack plug,

Good value action camera for the price
I had the Campak x20 ,which was very good all round and the video quality was top class , but i dropped it off my motorbike and it stopped working , So i went for the X5 as it was new to the range , and it was on offer at £32.00 which is over half the price of my old campak x20 £79.00 back in April 2018, but it now £59.00 Aug 2020, I would have ordered a new one. But I need a camera that had a microphone and the X5 has one that I can put inside my helmet to do a running commentary as i am recording as i a Rospa Tutor and it great to be able to record what i see and then pass it on to my pupil ,as when we stop for a debrief and dont miss anything .I used the X5 today and video is not bad and the sound was OK for what I need it for , i record in 1080p 60fps as it a lot smoother, if you record in 4k 30 fps it not as good when riding at speed as you really need 4k 60fps and this camera has not got it .overall I have to say for what I paid for it on a one day deal offer ,I very pleased with it , and it comes with all you need to mount it to the bike .I would recommend this product and overall give it 4 stars . if the X20 had a plug in Microphone like the x5 , I would have got that one for sure .but I still very pleased with the X5 and at that price I really should not complain,

VERY GOOD BASIC CHEAP ACTION CAMERA
I wanted a cheap back up for my Osmo action camera, and decided to take a chance on this camera in a flash deal. To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this camera, but I've got to say, I've been very surprised with it. Obviously, this camera is not in the same league as my Osmo, but for the price you wouldn't expect to be, but it's a very capable little action camera. The dimensions are a bit smaller than the Osmo, and it has a rubberised texture. It's much lighter than the Osmo; it's 60g for the bare unit, and 119g in the plastic waterproof cage. The Osmo is 124g for the bare unit, it's 214g in SmallRig CVD2475 metal cage - getting heavy! I bought the CamPark X5 mainly to film my local bands. It means and don't have to take my expensive Osmo unit out, it saves the battery on my mobile, and it also has higher resolutions. The microphone is not brilliant, but it works. I'm going to get a cheap Tascam unit, and then synch the audio in post. The audio on most mobiles is rubbish anyway, and I've always wanted a better set up to make decent video recordings. There's nothing worse than getting some good footage, but the audio is bad. The CamPark X5 is no good for nighttime recordings, which is par for the course for most action cameras, because of the type of chip these cameras use. But, obviously, some are better than others, such as the Osmo or the GoPro. I also use an action camera on my motorcycle, due to all the bad drivers in the UK, and sometimes I take the CamPark X5, instead of my Osmo, and the EIS is quite good. Battery life is not great, especially on higher resolutions. The date and time setting went back to its default setting when I was changing the battery once. But, I was out and about on my motorcycle, and I don't think I was quick enough, so get the spare ready before swapping out. The battery cover is very cheap and flimsy, and it's the worse aspect of the CamPark X5. The image stabilisation (EIS) is not available on the highest resolution, which is 4K@30fps. The unit turns EIS off automatically, and it doesn't turn it back on when you select a low resolution. The other resolutions are: 2.7K@30fps, 1080p@60, 1080p@30, 720p@120, and there are basic video looping, time-lapse and slow-motion settings. Photo resolutions are: 20M, 16M, 12M and 8M, and there are very basic exposure, ISO, contrast, saturation, sharpness and effects. The largest microSD memory card the CamPark X5 will take is 64GB. You also get a load of cheap plastic camera mounts in the box, and a decent manual. There's a mobile app, CamPark Live DV for Android and Apple, and I had no problems setting it up, in fact it was easier the Osmo's Mimo app! You press the up button on the CamPark X5 to turn on Wi-Fi, and then it's straightforward. You can then download videos or photos to your phone to view them, or you can delete them if you want. There are also a few basic settings you can alter, but that's it.Overall, it's a very basic, cheap action camera that's great for the beach, or giving to the kids to mess around with. Highly recommended, just don't expect it to be an Osmo or a GoPro, but it's a great action camera for the price, the kids will have lots of fun!

Doesn’t do Timelapse! It’s just self timer!
If your looking for a camera to use for time lapse, like me, don’t bother! Time lapse option is just self timer! And as for the app to use it’s really bad! I’m returning for a refund. If you want just video and photo then this camera is fine. Seems good quality. It comes with lots of accessories. The battery compartment was tricky to get off.
