Star Wars Battle Rancor with Felucian Rider and Saddle

My grandson who turns 10 this month has been asking for this toy for 2 yrs. He was dancing and screaming when he opened the box and reportedly sleeps with it. I was happy I could make his dream come true in time for his birthday. Even better, it was very moderately priced compared to retail stores where I saw it prior to checking out Amazon's prices.

This is an excellent toy for your Star Wars lover! Our 12 year old son loved it as a birthday gift and it play a big part in the battles he concocts.

It was new however, the packaging was really old. I am selling to a relative, not what I expected for my grandchild.

You can't call yourself a true star wars collector until you have one of these. This rancor is bigger and cooler than all of the previous rancors made. He has lots of articulated joints and you can open his mouth and put people inside it. He can also hold stormtroopers and other characters in it's hands. He is covered in blue fluorescent battle paint and is very detailed. He comes with a saddle and "reins" that attach to it's nose. The felucian warrior is not very common. He only stars in one other product. He comes with a skullblade. He is awesome! This is the best in my collection. Overall this is a great item and I would recommend this to any star wars fan.

When I ordered this Rancor set, I thought that the Rancor would be a slightly retooled repaint of the original issued in the late 1990's, but I am happy to report he is much larger, much more articulated (hinged jaw! yes!), and he can beat the sludge out of my old Rancor. And the Felucian Rider is one of the coolest and most unique exclusives in Star Wars history! (Now if I only had 10 of them!) Good job, Hasbro!
