## Features

- NITRO COLD BREW WITHOUT A KEG OR TAP: fill with chilled cold brew, charge with one iSi N2 charger, shake, pour. A cascading, creamy-headed nitro cold brew in under a minute. No power, no water line, no installation, nothing to plumb or service.
- ONE QUART, READY WHEN YOU ARE: 1 quart to the fill line, about four 8 oz pours per charger. Charge it, keep it in the fridge and pour to order, so a cafe, bar, food truck or home kitchen can serve nitro without a line of equipment.
- MORE THAN COFFEE: the same dispenser makes nitro matcha, nitro tea, a nitro espresso martini and stout-style cocktails with a dense, smooth head. Cold drinks only (up to 86 °F); chill the liquid first, cold liquid holds the head longest.
- BUILT FOR SERVICE: NSF certified for commercial food service. Brushed stainless steel bottle and head, silicone grip, dishwasher safe. Made by iSi, the whipper and siphon maker professional kitchens rely on, family owned in Vienna since 1867.
- THE RIGHT CHARGER MATTERS: use iSi N2 Nitrogen chargers (2.4 g) only; not for use with cream chargers or CO2. In the box: Nitro Whip, head with valve, charger holder, cleaning brush and quick-start guide. iSi N2 chargers sold separately.
