wonderful product!
I used these tablets to make yoghurt and it come out rich and creamy and delicious. I also used this to add to my Kombucha microbe mix and works well. Excellent product.

this is fabulous for helping my digestive issues. it was recommended to me to target breast tissue health due to mastitis while breastfeeding....after being on antibiotics multiple times.

GREAT STUFF
Jury is still out but so far after use for over a month, I like this a lot! Seems to be helping with my digestion but won't know about immune system for a while. Energy levels are about the same but I'm a healthy eater.

Makes me Sleepy/Depressed
This supplement makes me sleepy and depressed. It also takes away my appetite. It's a pretty bad feeling.

The ME-3 Helps a LOT
I can only supply ANECDOTAL evidence, but I am a believer in the ME-3 to help heal lungs! I had two scans of my lungs in 2020, six months apart, both showed very early stage COPD and enough nodules to concern my doctor. I started taking the Reg'Active ME-3 in January 2021 and my scan in June 2021 showed LESS and smaller nodules, and my doctor could not detect any sign of COPD. Most recently I have been purchasing the Immune & Vitality formula with the ME-3, I intend to continue using it - I'm very happy with it!

Not worth the money
bought them for my son but they did not help him stay clear of sickness (flu, colds, etc). They did not help his immune system

I Love this product! It is one of the best probiotics I give my son and I like it for myself as well. However, watch who you are purchasing it from. I received some from 1 seller on Amazon and it was defective and not the right consistency. Was not able to return.
