Have used this for a few months now . Easy to use and to clean .

Straight out of the box I put this in my mouth and it worked fine. It defaults to 37 Lo then after one minute it gives the temperature. It checks with a ear thermometer. Much better than a mercury thermometer. The audio could be a problem for older users as the beep is very high frequency which could be outside the range of hearing for some, me included. Just time it.

Does the job well. A vast improvement on my old glass/mercury thermometer.

Checked orally against a clinical thermometer as accurate. Oral measurements have to be taken over a time of one minute. It beeps at the end - but this was barely audible (I am aged 70, so frequency response of my ears was 18kHz when young, but now barely 14kHz!). Makes no odds - just mark time for one minute. Don't know about underarm or rectal; instructions for these included. Compact, Fahrenheit or Celsius, recommended.

I had bought a thermometer which was very complicated to use, but this one is great, like the old fashioned way to take temperatures, works great, value for money.

The thermometer is OK, just like others on the market, but note that it uses an LR41 battery NOT an LR44 as in the product specification!

Ho preso questo termometro come sostituto di uno più vecchio e mi ha convinto. È molto leggero, facile da usare e la misurazione è rapida: in meno di un minuto dà il risultato. L’ho confrontato con un altro termometro digitale e i valori sono praticamente identici, quindi direi affidabile. Il display è piccolo ma leggibile, anche se senza retroilluminazione (di notte può essere scomodo). Il beep che segnala la fine della misurazione è piuttosto debole, bisogna fare attenzione. Comoda la custodia rigida che lo protegge quando non lo si usa. Nel complesso un buon termometro base: preciso e dal prezzo giusto, con qualche piccolo difetto migliorabile.
