Q: does black epdm single ply membrane on residential roof need to be primed before using this heng's coating?

Heng's is an RV product meant for RV rubber roofs it is not really a residential roof sealant and I'm sure it's not compatible with ice shield type membranes.

Q: how many square feet will one quart cover?

This is a good choice for your RV with a rubber roof. I don't bother with the undisturbed roof, just the places where things, and there are a lot, go through the roof. I did all around every pipe, AC, antenna, vent, etc twice with one can.

Q: Can it be used over whole roof

yes it can,roof should be cleaned & dry.apply with roller after cutting in edges & etc with brush.This is a very good product for Rv rubber roofs.I also use Dicor roof cleaner to clean roof before coating. you only need rubber roof if you have splitting of roof or flaking.if you roof is fairly new simply clean & apply Dicor rubber roof treatment with a rag mop hope this helps.

use coating to seal and reflect uv ray. Its is white and improved the look of the top of the motor home
