Sturdy will last long and over well made and NOT cheaply made

Bought this for my son to build up the strength in his wrists. He has used it a lot. I bought the one that has different strength weights and he has slowly built it up all the way to 300lb

They are very sturdy. The handles provide very good grip that does not hurt.

I would give these a five star review if they offered an option to purchase cushioning for the handles because after 20 consecutive reps or so the grip starts to become pretty uncomfortable to repeatedly squeeze. The resistance they provide is great, but like I said, would be nice if they had better grip ergonomics.

Feels like it was made from quality material, nice and sturdy it also fits well in your hand
