The item when arrived, wobbled really badly at base and was unusable. I had to buy a box brand new and let ups pack and ship the defective unsellable (to me or anyone and unusable) vase back to seller.Clearly his 50% restocking fee leaves a nice margin to profit even with a defective item. He claims it was broken when he received it, well guess what it was defective (therefore broken) when received on my end anyways, hence why it was returned. It looks nice and I would have preferred a replacement but was afraid it too would have the same defect.His or her tone "Raya" in the email to me was quite unfriendly, angry, unprofessional and accusational as if I slammed it to the ground packed and shipped it... contrary to that I believe he received it fine and has some broken ones on hand in case amazon or I require a picture. He ruined what could have been a much better experience. For $38 it is very small and does not sit level and firmly on a surface... add water, flowers and if the wind blows it will likely fall over and shatter everywhere.Be warned, not worth the price, his return policy makes him profitable even if you end up with no product and worse than anything even amazon can check 15 years of history If there is one thing I am not it a serial refunder. The item was defective and I simply returned it. Not a good experience. Thankfully amazon stepped in and refunded me the other $19 he tried to unethically and without cause or rights... keep from me.Too bad for him as this type of unprofessionalism costs a seller a lot more tan $19 when others see how poorly they handle customer service. And while I could have bee a repeat buyer, I will likely avoid at all costs.

I ordered the vase, 2 small planters and the mug from Jayde N' Grey to add a bit of color and personality to my office after browsing on Amazon and a few other websites in my search for talavera pottery. What attracted me to Jayde N' Grey specifically is the variety and color selection. I received the order a week before the expected delivery date. Every single item was carefully packaged to ensure everything made it without damages. You can see the quality and care that goes into each item. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them.

I fell in love with Talavera pottery after a trip to San Diego, where we found some beautiful vases. After getting home, I wished I’d bought more. I’m glad I found Enchanted Talavera. The products are beautifully made and wonderful to look at. I’ll use this one as a reed diffuser.

Looks great as a centerpiece on my dining room table with a big bouquet of sunflowers. Brightens up the whole room. Stands solid and strong. I could tell that the person who sold & packaged it was a warm, bright, & caring individual. Thank you for brightening up my home!

I love this beautiful Talavera Vase! Love looking at it with fresh flowers in it. Very carefully packaged and received it quickly. Beyond my imagination how lovely it is. I was very excited to see it for the first time. I still get excited to look at it!

It is nice to get something that looks as good in person as it does on a picture, very nice craftsmanship, also packaged very well so it arrived intact

After taking down the Christmas decorations, we needed color for our TV area, so putting these vases, together with one we already had, brought color again to our white mantel. Very well wrapped. Love the colors.
