Medique Medi-First 72401 Disposable Instant Cold Pack, 4" x 6"

I’ve purchased these cold packs 7 times to keep in my car. With little kids I’ve used them at the playground for injuries, slip and fall on a sidewalk, bumped heads, twisted ankles at dance class etc. I’ve even been able to offer them to my friend’s kids when they’ve gotten hurt and I always replace them since they’re so affordable. I keep them in my glovebox year round and they always work, stay cold for quite a while and have never failed me. Love these!! A must have for your first aid kits.

I purchase these every year to keep in my mom bag for all my sons sports. They work wonderful when a kid gets hit by a wild pitch. They are the best priced ones I've found and work perfectly.

I ordered these thinking that when I did a search for shipping cold packs through the mail, they might work since they popped up under the results and would arrive in time. I don't think they will work since they tend to only last a out 30 minutes and are so short lived. However, they're good for what their intended purpose was, so I'll have to give them a good review because of that instead of my failure to read. Lol. They're super small, which makes them easy to carry around without being imposing. They stay nice and cold! They can be kept for traveling, just pop them in and freeze them. Excellent price and functional for what's needed and expected of them - I'll be sure to bring them with me to the beach.

This cold pack really saved me when I got a sudden and severe migraine away from home. These are great for travel. Worked as expected. Easy To activate and stayed cold longer than expected.

According to the product packaging, this cold pack cannot be applied directly to skin but must instead be wrapped in a towel first, and must be stored at room temperature and protected from freezing. These restrictions make this cold pack completely useless for first aid kits, which are often carried outdoors in all types of weather and used in situations where towels are unavailable.
