Handset arrived very quickly. It came with instructions for registering with my current phone system. It was very easy to do this, and the handset works perfectly. I am very pleased!

I bought a Panasonic replacement phone and I had trouble setting it up. I couldn’t get the replacement phone to register with my base unit.The instruction note that came with the phone said IF this handset or base DOES NOT register with your system please call Mike first before taking any action. I did and had the best support ever with no problem. Mike walked me through my technical issue in a couple of minutes and my Panasonic phone was up and running thereafter.He stayed on the phone with me and talked me through what I had to do until the problem was solved and my new replacement phone registered to my base unit.Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.The best customer service ever. He is an “ASSET” to Panasonic. Thank you Mike!!!

Bought this phone from an amazon seller. Bought it in March 2023---lasted about 9 months and it has almost stopped working. The problem I had with the old one was the button you push to answer the phone didn't work right. Had to push it numerous times before it would work. Bought the new refurbished one from an amazon seller and it worked for about 9 months and now it's doing the same thing.

Kudos to the product support at redcarpet.amz for helping getting the phone registered. He knew immediately that I had to deregister the old broken phone, and knew exacly how to do it.

The product arrived and I was able to set it up or have it register with the base station with no issues. The phone looked a little worn but works well. All the keys seem to function properly. I did think I had a problem with battery charging but that was user error on my part. My old phone has certain keys not working intermittently and this is to replace the old phone. So far the phone is up and functioning properly. I am looking forward to many months of use.

This phone was to replace one that didn't survive a plunge into the pool. We had trouble registering it with our system, but the problem was resolved within 10 minutes on the phone with the seller. The unit was fine, but our system had no way to add the unit until we removed the drowned one. All is well now.

I was hoping that this phone would sync with my existing set. It came with batteries and a phone number from the seller to call if I needed assistance. Everything worked perfectly. Very nice to have a supportive seller.
