Tilda Legendary Rice Steamed Basmati, Pure, 8.5 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I love having this product on hand, it cooks in 90 seconds, is delicious, the grains do not clump together, it’s hard to believe you can have such perfect rice every time, in very little time!

Very nice rice to have on hand, especially during the winter months when one wants a quick meal without having to steam rice. Great to have on hand...just as nice as restaurant rice and so quick to heat and then eat. Takes well to any added ingredients for a full meal.

I've bought and tried a few types of pre-cooked rice, but this was the first Basmati pre-cooked rice I've tried. I frequently order the Minley steamed brown organic rice to have on hand for lunches when I don't have a chance to cook rice over the stove. I will pre-cook some chopped and seasoned chicken, keeping it in the refrigerator. Then for lunches I heat both the chicken and the rice up in the microwave and stir together.While the brown rice has a little less fat and a little more fiber, this Basmati rice tastes really good. Better than my usual microwave brown rice. The Basmati rice is light and fluffy, with long grains and a very light flavor. This one is a new favorite and I'm planning on buying a pack of their brown rice to try out after I've finished my package of Basmati.Update 11/1/2016: I enjoyed this rice so much I've bought several more boxes of it!

Purchased for health conscious college student for convenient after-hours meals. Convenience is 5 stars, taste is 2-3 stars, expense brings it down a bit. Paired okay with Madras Lentils but otherwise just mediocre and expensive rice.

I love rice and cook it a lot. This is so easy and delicious that I am buying it again and again. Who wants to cook rice for 45 min. to an hour?!? When come home from work just toss it in the microwave and your rice will be ready in 2 min. YUMMMMM......
