Ivation Electric Pressure Washer 2200 PSI 1.8 GPM with Power Hose Nozzle Gun and Turbo Wand, All Parts Included, W/Built in Soap Dispenser

Don't buy this! I used the pressure washer once, and it did a nice job. The second time I tried to use it, the handle made a loud snapping sound and water started gushing out of the gun/trigger part. It took a LOT of research to figure out how to contact the seller. It's [email protected] At any rate, it took me a LOT of exchanged emails to get out of them that they aren't stocking a replacement part right now. That's it. I'm pretty disgusted that I used this ONCE, then it broke, and there's no replacement parts on their website, and even if you contact them specially, they won't SELL a replacement part. UPDATE: AFTER A CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE, THEY SENT A (RED) TRIGGER GUN REPLACEMENT. I FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. THE SECOND TIME I SQUEEZED THE TRIGGER, IT MADE THE SAME CRACKING NOISE AND THE HANDLE LEAKED. I DON'T CARE IF IT'S USER ERROR. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, AND IT BROKE AGAIN INSTANTLY. I THREW THE WHOLE UNIT IN THE GARBAGE. IF YOU WANT TO SPIN THE WHEEL OF CHANCE AND ORDER THIS FROM A COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DEEPLY FLAWED PRODUCT...CAVEAT EMPTOR. I then bought a Greenwise 1700 psi unit for less than $100 and it does a great job.

If you're debating between electric and gas pressure washers and aren't sure if an electric version will have enough power to do things like clean up an old wood deck, rest assured that this tool will get the job done. I've attached a before and after picture of my deck on the house I bought recently that hasn't been maintained properly in about 15 years; I doubt anyone has a pressure treated pine deck that was in worse shape than mine, and the Ivation cleaned it with no problems. A plus for me is the 1.8GPM rating - I live in the country and was worried about a higher-flow model exceeding the draw down on my well pump; the Ivation didn't cause me any issues. Finally, unlike gas washers I've used in the past, the fact that electric models like this cycle on and off when you stop/take a break, and "restarting" only involves squeezing the trigger is a huge plus for me. Well worth the purchase!

Product seemed to work great the first few times I used it. However, it won't power on now. I purchased this on July 5th, 2017, and wouldn't work on Aug 11, 2018.Ironically, I bought an electric pressure washer because I didn't want to deal with the carburetor gumming up all the time from the crappy gas we have in Florida. Here I am a year later, sitting here like a chump, not able to use my pressure washer.I did foresee this though and bought a supplemental warranty.Bottom line, if you buy this you should DEFINITELY buy the extended warranty, but honestly, I don't think they deserve anyone's business.

I have a light colored vinyl sided home that really shows the dirt. I had been wanting a pressure washer to make cleaning the siding easier on me because a garden hose just wasn't cutting it.The Ivation Electric Pressure Washer came boxed with very little need for assembly. One of my photos at the bottom of this review shows everything that came in the box. The instruction pamphlet was straight forward and easy to understand. I was able to set everything up in roughly 5 minutes.I am pretty pleased with this pressure washer. The cleaning power is great. Although the pressure washer has a 1/2 gallon (non removable) soap tank, I found that I didn't need to use soap for my siding. The pressure of water alone did a fine job of washing away the dirt.The 3 foot turbo wand made it easy to reach those hard to reach places. Should you choose not to use the turbo wand, it is easy to change it out and replace it with one of the 5 nozzles included for minimal to high pressure. The wand hose is plenty long enough (at least 20 feet) as well as the power cord which enables you to leave the pressure washer stationary as you complete most or all of your cleaning.One thing I want to mention that may be helpful information to my readers is that this pressure washer pulls a lot of energy from the outlet. I learned that the outside outlet I was using also runs off of the bathroom outlet that has a reset and test button. 10 minutes into my cleaning the pressure washer stopped running. I checked the breaker which hadn't tripped so I needed to call maintenance to come over and take a look. I had a fan plugged into the bathroom outlet and my husband was charging his electric razor. I was told to make sure nothing was plugged into that bathroom outlet while using the pressure washer because too much energy was trying to run through the source of power. Strange wiring, I know, but we reset the outlet and I haven't had any problems since.As of right now I am satisfied with my purchase of the Ivation pressure washer for it's easy set up, long wand hose and power cord, and impeccable cleaning power. In the event my opinion changes regarding the quality or functionality I will come back to update this review.

It's not that I hate this product. I actually liked it, but...it should have lasted more than a year. I purchased it on 8/2/2016 and one year 5 days later it will not turn on. Apprently the electric motor is caput. After several email exchanges, all I can get in the way of help is that the warranty has expired. I would not recommend this product. It should have lasted much longer, and only 5 days past the warranty I would have hoped for a bit more customer concern that what I got.

Just received mine in the mail 2 days ago, went to use today and would not build pressure unless I applied a ton of force where the hose connected to the machine. If I wasn't applying pressure it would completly stop spraying and turn off. What a waste of $170. The only way I can wash anything is if I get them to apply pressure where hose connects, not what I paid for. Very dissapointed.

Worked well for one season (used barely 4 times). This year it worked 1 time and stopped working normally. Have to reset it every 10 seconds to work. A big crap.

Just finished cleaning my deck and front porch and stonework. It works super well. Easy to hook up and get going. Very happy with it!

Works as advertised so far.Motor seems to take a minute to spool up when starting a job.
