Average, Delicate Tent with POOR Customer Service
BLUF: The tent is average, the travel casing is nice and has enough room to fit the tent and the canopy, the sandbags are empty, and the customer service is poor. Here's the full story.I ordered the 10x10 EZ Pop Up Canopy Tent from this company. Packaging was good and tidy when it arrived, although I was surprised that the sandbags were empty. Then again, of course they were, otherwise the package would have been super heavy. Still, I need to figure out what to put in the sandbags to help secure this tent to the parking lot where I need to set it up. Not a big deal.Next, the instructions. Not very well done or complete, but they provided enough to get me through MOST of the steps. Setting this tent up by oneself, on asphalt, is possible with enough patience. That being said, when I went to set it up for the first time, and it was time to extend the legs so that the tent would be high enough to walk under, I looked down to see a detached footing (reference the photo I am attaching to this review). Without the footing attached, the leg extension would not come out, and the tent could not be set up. The broken leg extension was stuck inside the leg casing with no way to grab it. It also looked like it was a little misshapen, which perhaps is the reason it wouldn't extend out from the casing.Hey, stuff happens. I get it.But when I contacted Tistent, I ended up having to email them ten times before a part and a tracking number were sent. They ended up mailing me a new leg extension, which was not what I asked for, because, as noted above, the original leg extension was jammed up inside the leg casing. I needed a new, complete, leg. Regardless, I got out my tools and after shredding some thin metal and pulling on it with needle nose pliers, I eventually got the old leg unstuck and replaced with the replacement part. Yay me.I set up the tent successfully and did so very carefully and gently because another one of the feet is now wobbly, and I fully expect it to fall off soon, although it has not yet. Only time will tell, but I have little confidence this tent will last very long.

NOT compact! HUGE bag!
We ordered this canopy after an extremely miserable soccer game in the hot, hot sun!! After seeing a few other families with a quick pop-up canopy, we figured it was worth the purchase to have one for future games. First off, the carrier bag is HUGE! It is 5’6”, which is very misleading in comparison to the picture of the person dragging a bag behind him that might be 4-5’ tall at best. I’m 5’6” and it’s a bear to drag around, so not a convenient item to throw into the car and go. Plus, it’s HEAVY at 56lbs.Quality seems ok. But I’m honestly not sure it’s going to last very long. The metal seems flimsy and the fact that the peak of the roof is held up by a single pole seems like a bad design; especially in inclement weather. Furthermore, the height is not adjustable; which is probably good because there are support beams that cross to the middle. Again, I’m not loving the design. And it definitely takes at least 2 people to set this up. No way could I have easily done this by myself in a timely manner! Finally, the cover does not stay on the frame when you go to pack it up and needs to be removed and added for each set-up. This is just more of an inconvenience than anything. It’s just ok IMHO. If you’re looking for a lightweight, quick shelter, this is not the one!

Seems sturdy and well-made - UPDATE: Sand Bags Fall Apart!
Update:I've now used the tent twice, and the tent itself is nice and easy to set up and take down. However, one of the sand bags came apart the second time it was used. The Velcro strip that attaches the sand bag to the tent came off, leaving a big tear in the bag with sand pouring out... So, be warned, there may be quality issues!Original Review: Very happy. The tent came quickly and seems to be high quality. The frame appears to be sturdy and I had no issues getting it set up (with a second person helping) and it looks great. I've only used it once so far, but I'm very happy!

Sturdy, but the height is not adjustable
This was purchased to replace another canopy that had broken. This is much sturdier than my previous unit, and therefore it weighs more, so keep this in mind if weight is an issue. 2 people can easily set this up and take it down, and an added plus is that it actually fits back into the carry bag with the cloth top on, most canopies require a great deal of struggle to force back into the bag. I appreciate that the top is waterproof, although I haven't had the opportunity to test that. The only fault I have found with it so far is that the height is not adjustable, but this does not bother me enough to deduct a star. The included sand bags are a nice bonus.

Super sturdy
This tent is built like a commercial tent with thick poles and a reinforced roof. I'm very pleased with the tent and it has exceeded our expectations. The only possible drawback is that since it is built solidly, it's a bit heavy which is to be expected. I would definitely buy this tent again and would certainly recommend it.

Worth it
This tent has survived multiple thunderstorms during outdoor vending events. Kept all our merchandise dry and safe. Very sturdy and easy to set up.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. This is one of those items that cost a little more, but is well worth it!

Great canopy
I did a lot of research before I made my purchase. This is by far the best canopy for the money. It is very sturdy and very east to put up. My wife and I did it in just a few minutes without looking at any directions. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!
