I use this on my 15 month old's eczema. I usually only use all natural products and essential oils but they were just not cutting it. I tried a lot of other cotisone products including Aveeno and Kroger brand (these two still had parabens and synthetic additives). My next favorite is a product named PROcure which is all natural other than the cortisone. It worked ok and was the least toxic choice but my baby still had some rash breakouts. I decided to try this one even though it is more expensive. OMG!!! It is the best least toxic option. It really gets results. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I use it only every other day and my own formulations as well. The rashes and rough spots on her legs and upper arms are completely gone. This is the only over the counter cream that will do that. A little goes a long way and the texture is nice. Try it for your little one's eczema before prescription creams.

I have purchased this product a few times in the past 18 months. I find it soothing and effective for applications where hydrocortisone is often prescribed. I particularly like the lightness of the cream—it vanishes into the skin with light rubbing and never feels greasy. Even the tube is well designed—it's easy to squeeze out the desired amount, right down to the final drop. But this month I was shocked to see a 58% increase in price. I looked at price history (on camel...) and learned that at one time before I first purchased it the price was even higher! The company's website shows that it targets an upscale market. This small tube of cream has a very inexpensive active ingredient, so the profit margin is upscale, too.Aug 2021: I just adjusted my rating up from 3 to 4. I still think the price is unreasonably high given the low cost of the active ingredient, but none of the alternative products that I have tried since 2019 has been as satisfying to use or as effective as this product. I keep hoping for the price to drop, but I do still order it occasionally.

This was a before and after, only used it 2 times!! Worth the money!!! Our baby is trying to crawl and roll over so her skin was getting irritated. I did a lot of research and we have spent over 300 on other products and this came up on my Pinterest search. By far the best 40 spent and now we use it maybe once every 2 days or after baths if it seems irritated. You barely need any and it’s so sheer and didn’t seem like it burned or anything.Just get it and if it doesn’t work there is a money back guarantee!

I have contact dermatitis and sometimes have to use steroids to help with flares. I don't like using steroids, so I go for the lowest dose I can find. This is the only hydrocortisone product that makes a noticeable difference. It typically gets my skin back under control in a couple of days. I just wish it would go on sale more often!

This product helped when nothing else did! I struggled with eczema on my eyelids (red, itchy, swollen and flaky skin) and it went away after one day of use!

This is a great product but just way too expensive for an OC hydrocortisone cream . Wont purchase again.

This has been the best treatment yet! Our son's eczema cleared up overnight! We're still amazed! We will definitely keep a supply of it and tell all family and friends about this great product!
