Mild Taste
I wasn't sure about this cheese. It doesn't look like your average parmesan cheese, however, it is indeed tasty and works pretty good. It is good on salad. The looks and tastes like nutritional yeast.

Yummy but small jar
Product is really yummy, but the value isn’t there. There isn’t much in the jar for how much you pay. I really enjoy that I’m supporting a vegan company and I like the flavor overall. However, I make a similar vegan Parmesan at home and this tastes pretty similar to this. I recommend this for convenience, but wouldn’t recommend for best value.

I am not vegan but I saw Tabitha Brown using this I thought it must be good. Tab was right. It is absolutely delicious and flavorful. I no longer need processed cheese on my food now that I have found this. You all should thank Tabitha Brown for promoting your product! I don't know her but I do know that I probably would not have tried your product without her. It also feels good to know that I am eating something that is so much healthier for me. Thank you so much.

Taste and texture
I was so excited to try this product. Watched Tabatha Browns cooking videos where she raved about how good it was. Sorely disappointed, not much of a flavor at all. The texture was like chewing rubber. maybe that was just me but I will not be ordering this again from amazon.

Basically crushed cashews
Ok, so I know it's not supposed to be real cheese, but this really just tastes like crushed cashews to me. I know other vegan products that do a better job making things taste similar to their non-plant based counterparts. This product just didn't do a good job to me. But that's my opinion..
