Easy to dry. Easy to use. I feel secure using them with every type of food because the ziploc is doubled. This size is perfect for most of my needs. You want to leave some space for closure so you don't squash the food. I've ordered more of them and also the gallon size to replace using disposable plastic bags. Save the planet.
