Excellent and very efficient Multi Function Fitness Watch, Highly Recomend
I bouth this watch 6 years ago when fitness watch were very expensive. This was affordable but for my surprise it works great.Baterry die (by frecuent use) and can't find to replace it in affordable price. So i decide to go with smart watch... very dissapointed cause the reading of those fancy smart watches are crazy and unrealistic and ended send it back. Searching here in Amazon i found they have the watch :the right watch:, im so please that i found it and came in 2 days. The Pro:--Have time set for am/pm, ligh for night and very bright and large numbers in the screen so in intensive sun or very dark you can still see it without eye glasses.--Water resistance ip to 50 meters. But buttoms cant be use when is wet (be aware of that)--On the part of Smart health watch; have 3 different setting: Low, med, high that will be the intensity of your workouts. I recomend to set in low becuase is more realistic your reading. The features of step count, distance and calory burn is low setting are very accurate.--Can be custumize for you (age, gender, weight hight)--Stylish, comes in 2 colors white or black, the female is plain white with blue and silver details , the belt is nice cause i have wide wrist nad fits perfect. Also is pretty. --The best feature is the Hearth rate monitor (thats why i bought it) is very accurate cause i compare tisi with a real hearth rate monitor and is very accurate.--Very easy to set up, come with a manual with a very easy large print instrucctions.--The Plus= come with a booklet from Desise Austin "Beginners Walking & Fitness Guide" if you follow the recomendations (which are very simple) you gonna loose weight for real.I'm very picky buyer, when i want something have to worth my money. Also have to work what is meatn to be. Theres a lot smart watches in the market with tons of promises to do amazing things... at the end the reality is aint realistic is just a fancy expensive trend.... I bough this watch because it worth it, plain and simple. It so good that im planning to get the black one.Note: I did this review with the only purpose of sharing a realistic experince in reference to other buyers who are looking for good, quality, money woth products. It all form my good will, hope this review can helps others.

Nicely designed, easy to use, BUT...
In an age in which everything is so complicated (menus within menus, pull-downs, pop-ups, etc.) it was refreshing to purchase an item that is so well-designed and simple to use. I purchased it just to monitor my pulse rate while exercising (on my doctor's recommendation) and to get a rough idea of how far I walk on an average day. This watch is not as accurate as the expensive (GPS) models, but, for the price, it was perfect for my needs. My only complaints (after using it for about a month): sometimes I have to try 3 or 4 times before getting a pulse reading (the watch has to be positioned just right over your wrist) and the end of the wrist band doesn't stay put because the loop moves around. But I'm happy with it for my purposes. If you want absolute precision, this watch is not for you; but if you don't want to spend a lot of money and just want to monitor your pulse and distance walked to get a general idea of how you're doing, I think this watch is fine.P.S. The day after I posted my glowing review, the right side of the screen on the watch went out (i.e. the last digit on each readout has disappeared). I've had it less than a month and have taken care of it (i.e. I didn't drop it or anything). I guess this is yet another in a long line of "made-in-China" disappointments: well-designed but poorly manufactured.

Worked somewhat acceptably for less than 2 weeks.
Because I don't want any of the fancy wireless/smart fitness tracker watches, but only need something that will check heart rate and count distance and steps for a walking regimen, this affordable watch seemed to fit the bill perfectly. However, I discovered the following:It consistently overcounted the distance, even when checked against a regulation measured track. For instance it read a measured .25 mile as .33 mile. But since I do most of my walking on said highschool track, that wasn't a deal killer. It also overcounted my steps, despite my having entered all the proper info into the watch's Setup. Overcounting ranged from 50 steps to more than 100. Not good but I resigned myself to not paying attention to "steps" anymore. Still, irksome. At least the heart rate monitor worked. Until it completely stopped working after less than 2 weeks of use (and "use" meaning one walk per day, not wearing it 24/7 either). The heart rate function would activite but then simply flash blankly, with no readout, until it automatically reset itself to display the time. Since the heart rate monitor is the most important function for me, this renders the watch useless. Thus, it's going back for a refund. No idea which one I will try next, because I can't afford to spend $200+ on one of the bells-and-whistles models (don't have a smartphone anyway) and cannot wear a chest strap style monitor.Guess you get what you pay for.

WON'T WORK AFTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT
I really like the features of the watch . However, after a whole 6 months the battery died and when I re-placed it with 2 different brand new batteries it did not work. Blank screen, nothing, nada. I know it wasn't expensive but I expected to be able to put it a new battery and have it work!

Simple Pedometer with Heart Rate Function
Bought this for my friend's parents as they wanted to start monitoring their daily exercise routine and heart rate. This is a good product for those that aren't too tech savvy (no Fitbit or Samsung Gear or Apple iWatch) and like to still wear watches. The watch is actually pretty light and simple in design and one of its kind because of all the tech stuff around. The only minor flaw was its sometimes a bit sensitive in calculating your steps which leads to faster goal achievement and less walking.Shipping was decent as it came within two week using standard shipping.

The unit you sent us is defective.
I ordered this Smart Health Walking Fit Activity Tracker because I had one previously and loved it. Unfortunately the Smart Health unit you recently sent me only worked for one day!!!! We thought there may be a problem with the battery so we purchased another battery but while it then provided a portion of the tracking info only, after a further 24 hour period it would not work at all. This is all extremely disappointing.

Not as Shown
The watch I received is NOT exactly like the one in the picture. It does work as described however -- counts steps, miles/km, calories, and heart rate -- so I will keep it.

Bulkey to wear
It's cheap but does count steps. Not very comfortable to wear.

Good
Works great. Avoid white as it discolours from rubbing on tables etc. Can't keep it "nice" looking
