Don't really know what to say regarding this product..I followed the directions and this was my first time ever using a product like on my face.I do have dark spots at the bottom of my face,however I used the item on my face. I didn't see anything come out of my face,I tried for a long period of time using all the tops that came with the product. Still didn't see No results...Will try again. Might return

Powerful, effective, and easy to use!Overall I am impressed with this little machine. The suction has five strengths for delicate skin and tough blackheads. The different tips make for ease of access to those difficult areas, like next to your nose. The cooling feature is a nice soothing addition to this machine to aid in closing pores once they have been cleared out. I do caution users to not use for extended periods of time in one place or go over the same area multiple times, as this device is powerful enough to damage skin and dry it out. Be sure to use a good cleanser and moisturizer after use.While the included instructions were a bit difficult to understand, and clearly had some translation issues, the company sends an informative email after the delivery of the item which were so helpful! I will include them here for other buyers:1. To get a good effect, the most important thing is to open pores before using the blackhead vacuum. It is recommended that you apply facial steamer or warm towel for 3~5 minutes to your skin to open the pores.2. For the first time, please apply the blackhead remover vacuum on your hand or neck to adapt to the operating and suctioning.3. We suggest you start from level one, then choose higher level according to your skin.4.With reasonable suction level, do not suck in a fixed place more than 3 seconds, you have to move the suction head from the top to down (contrary to the direction of pores growth) and do not move back and forth, just moving in one direction，and do not press it hardly or pull vertically. In case it may hurt the skin or leave bruise.5. After the treatment, use the iced facial sheet mask or cold water to cool skin and close the pores.6. It is normal that your skin will be a little red after using,the red will be disappear in 5-10 minutes.7.Please do not use it,if your skin is broken and damaged.8. DO NOT use the remover too frequently, Dry skin can use it once a week. Oil skin can use it twice a week.9.Please press the power button for more than 5 seconds to turn it on.

The media could not be loaded.  While I like how nice and neat everything is, the machine is works fine.. Just not sure why my face got red/purple when I used it on the lowest suction and It didn't remove all of my black heads.. It took out some though.

I was a little nervous that it would not work. but I must say, not disappointed.This machine worked like a charm and one of the best parts is that it's rechargeable. I reccomend this highly!

This worked so well and I loved it. I used it almost every time after a hot shower for about 2-3 weeks until one day the suction just stopped working as powerfully (I usually used the setting before the highest one). After that it started working at about a level 1-2. I tried charging it, giving it a break, etc. Nothing worked. Very disappointing because I loved the hot/cold plate and suction power this guy had at first. The longevity of this was a huge disappointment as well and I wasn’t able to get a hold of the seller either to replace so I just returned.

it comes with a USB cable, so I charged it using my computer. first of all, follow the instructions carefully or you’ll end up with red marks on your face.I chose level 1 and tried it on my arm first, to experiment the suctioning feeling. It was a bit weird but not at all unpleasant.Then I placed it on my face, sliding it on my skin. It sucks you all the way through and does a little noise at the end. I continued tentatively at first but then I went for it, being very careful about not leaving it more than 2 seconds on any section of my skin. this device gave me lovely rosey cheeks and a nice glow afterwards.Warning though, after use the skin will tingle and hurt but that is not the products fault, its just how the procedure is.

I have been using this pore vacuum for almost 3 weeks and can already notice a difference! You may experience redness after use, however, please read the instructions (they are very much to the point) and use as recommended, to avoid bruising (I found that one out almost immediately as I was too exited to use this and did not read the instructions... lesson learnt there!) As you may be aware, different areas require different intensity and the various settings, suction, heads (comes with 5) and options to suit you skin type will enable an easy process to flawless looking skin. Overall, great device and great value for money :)

I have had the pore vacuum cleaner less than three weeks but already love it so much. As a man there isn't much we can do like in terms of healthcare and beauty routine wise. This pore vacuum is definitely a keeper and one I will use regularly hopefully once a week. Cleans well for a machine, although more would come out by hand it is very painful and leaves marks and hurts the skin. But this machine saves me from the pain and skin blemishes from using my hands.So a great product for removing dirt and black heads, haven't used other attachments but already love this product.
