OXO Good Grips Angled Measuring Mop Bucket

i own my cleaning business and bought a lot of those buckets. my employees use those to carry all cleaning supplies. good thick plastic. we have them for years, no bucket ever broke. stable, its slightly oversized which works great for us. can be used as regular mop bucket if needed.

I needed a bucket that was functional but slim due to limited storage space. I saw this one and didn't read up on it, I mean it's just a bucket. It looked like it would fit nice in the cabinet so I ordered it. It arrived today and as I was peeling the stickers off, I started noticing all the really cool features it had. I'm embarrassed to say, but I got really excited about this bucket. It has slight indentations in the bottom to measure cleaning product. 1/4, 1/2 & 1 cup. It also has water measure marks inside angled along both sides, one for I think gallons and the other for maybe liters?? It also has an anchor of sorts to hold a mop upright while in the bucket. I don't use mops but I'm thinking it will be great to hold the squeegee up when I'm washing the outside of the windows. The squeegee used to flip out in my old bucket, partly due to its handle height and partly due to it not being quite wide enough for it to sit right. I don't anticipate any issues with this amazing bucket, it is plenty wide enough for the squeegee, or a mop should I ever try one out. The handle is also so comfortable in the hand, there shouldn't be any dig in when carrying it full. Anyway, I feel like there was a lot of useful thought that went into making this bucket. All of what I'm saying in this review is probably already stated in the product description but I really like this bucket and just had to share my thoughts on it. I can't wait to use it.

For once a product that exceeds it promise. very well designed and very sturdy. Having the measurements in the bottom and on the inside of the pail has already paid off while mixing TSP for cleaning my patio furniture. the hand little hook that holds your mop handle also served to hold my scrubbing brush after cleaning it. The handle is sturdy and comfortable. I am thrilled with everything about this bucket and would HIGHLY recommend this to everyone because we always need a versatile and sturdy bucket around the home.

I spent quite a bit of time searching for the right bucket to fit my sponge mop. Most were either too narrow, too wide, too tall, or collapsible—and the reviews on collapsible ones weren’t very reassuring. After going through countless reviews and comparing features, I finally found a bucket that checked all the boxes: perfect size, ideal height, sturdy construction, and strong ratings. I didn’t expect finding a simple bucket to take so much effort, but I’m glad I did the research—otherwise, I probably would’ve picked the wrong one and ended up having to return it.

Nice to have a product turn out to be better than expected. I was just seeking a sturdy bucket in an elongated shape that would accommodate the mop I use to wash my house siding. I saw the red thing on the handle but didn't realize it was for leaning the mop pole. That is a really nice feature. I also didn't expect all the measuring marks inside the bucket that help with creating the right mix of cleaner and water and can be easily read from above looking down into the bucket. The bucket is sturdy and has a good handle that folds down for storage, but locks up to make transport reliable when filled and a place to lean the mop as needed. I found, completely by accident when using a long handled soft brush mop to wash a big bay window, that it also washed the mildew off the siding super easily. For the window I could make a small batch of my washing solution in a regular bucket since I didn't have to dip the mop head but once and could finagle it as needed to get it all wet. Then I'd hose off the window and use a squeegee. In the course of my efforts I noticed that the siding below the window was coming clean with almost no effort at all. I'd been pressure washing the siding, or paying to have it done, neither a good option for places I can reach with a long handled mop and then just squirt off with the hose. It was all I could do to convince my son to try it since like most guys he was positive pressure washing was the only option. Having discovered this much easier way of cleaning the siding, I just needed a bucket to hold my solution and refresh the mop as needed while I worked. I compared several options and really chose this one mostly for size. I was very pleased to see the extra features. Because of the measuring feature inside the bucket, I expect I'll be using it for more things than I planned. On the inside bottom is a depression for one amount and another for a larger amount of cleaner, then on the sides like those OXO measuring cups are the marks for amount of water to add. Even if I'm just cleaning my wood kitchen floor, where I get my mop wet'ish, I can sort of scrape off any excess moisture against the ridges in the bottom of the barely filled bucket and then store the mop in it until the floor is dry and I can wash off the mop and bucket.

my shower is down and this is the perfect bucket for showering. the red part holds my loofah. the handle upright holds my rag. and the long shape held sideways allows me to get my head in and wash my hair without spilling water. seems to be durable. no complaints. what else do people use buckets for? mopping, catching leaks.... its a bucket!

I watched a video for the Yocada Sponge mop which I am purchased and in the video the woman talked about these OXO buckets. She was so excited about them and I liked what she described. Well, let me tell you, I am in complete agreement with her. These buckets have measurements on the bottom and along a diagonal inside so you can measure your product. They are really very sturdy with the hook on the bucket handle for your mop handle. Really what more can you need or want! These are terrific!! I am so glad I purchased them to go along with my Yocada Sponge Mop which is also one terrific mop! You will not be disappointed.

So its a bucket you might think. I didnt think much about it but when it came I was very pleased. Its a big bucket with a really sturdy handle and a finger groove on both sides of the bottom so that when you are emptying it it doesnt slosh everywhere. . There are measurements on the inside to aid mixing amounts and a little hook to keep you mop upright. It is the last bucket I will ever buy.

We use this with a window washing wand at home. Our old bucket was too small to fit the whole wand to fit in it, this one works well. Quality built bucket

Large than I thought, all kinds of mops will fit in it for sure - padded handle is nice & hook to hold mop is a nice feature

well where do i start this is no ordinary bucket , i have had one previously and some builders ended up putting a hole in the bottom of it . I found a new one , it enables you to measure and see the amount inside whilst it's on the floor . You can pour out of it either side great for right and left handed people , it's sturdy and looks great too . It's a lot bigger than most buckets so reduces the need for re-filling .
