I bought it because I like the touch design and remote feature.The remote feature wasn’t easy to install. But it eventually worked.

Good product concept, install wasn’t that easy and the brightness of the front panel light isn’t visible across the room.

The Kkcool Dimmer switch is flickering with LED lamps and fixtures. Although the dimmer has small hardware switches that allow it to be programmed for the use of low wattage LED sources, these settings don’t eliminate flickering and shimmering effects with dimmable LED sources. I like the design of this dimmer, but I cannot recommended it for the use with dimmable LED sources

This dimmer was really nice while it worked. I like that I was able to dim my LED kitchen lights from 100% to about 15%. Lights would turn on smoothly up to your set point. Then about a month and half after purchasing it started malfunctioning. I couldn't connect via Alexa and after several resets I gave up. I was also having problems just turning the lights on/off.

Easy installation and app friendly great to use with alexa devices! The only down that i observed in my part was below 30% i heard a noise but never go below 60% on the lighting so it dont bother me lol

I'm disappointed one switch has completely failed after just a month

Switch was described as refurbished, product arrived with so much scratching as to make front panel in readable.

Absolutely garbage!! Does not dim and I triple checked my LED bulbs that dimmed perfectly on a regular dimmer switch but with this smart switch they do not dim at all whether it be manually or through Alexa... don’t waste your money!!

Very beautiful. Installed in my basement and it’s working perfectly. The presentation of this smart switch is very beautiful
