I cut sandwiches on those and then wrapped the sandwiches in the same sheet. I also wrapped cut onions and fruit to store them in the refrigerator. These sheets don't come close to being able to replace those wonderful Costco parchment sheets. I noticed that the first couple of sheets I used, had a small, couple of inches long cut in the sheets. At first, I thought I had either cut or tore the sheets while making sandwiches, but later I realized that the cut was a manufacture artifact and not something I did. On every other sheet, there is a small 2 inch cut in exactly the same place.
